Located steps from the (seasonal) pool and clubhouse, with views of Lake Winnipesaukee from deck and screened-in porch. Numerous nice touches throughout. Perfect for families. No smokers please!

Perfect for families with beach, pool, tennis courts, rolling green lawns, ping-pong table, and clubhouse facilities. Close to Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, Gunstock, Wolfeboro, Meredith, Alton and the Tilton Outlets.

The space
Comfortable and fully-furnished two bedroom condo at the Samoset Condo complex in Gilford, NH. Located steps from the pool (open only in the Summer) and clubhouse, with views of Lake Winnipesaukee from covered deck and screened-in porch. Numerous nice touches throughout, including Keurig coffeemaker, air conditioning throughout (new in 2022), washer & dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, grill, fireplace, 'land-line' telephone, cable, Youtube TV with Netflix, and password-protected wireless internet.

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top and full on bottom) and an additional twin-sized bed.


We do not allow smoking in the condo or on the enclosed or outside porch area (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Thank you.

Guest access Check-in: after 5 pm
Check-out: before 10:00 am

Please note the following important restrictions by the Condo Association:

- Samoset DOES NOT allow pets, MOTORCYCLES, trailers, or renters to dock boats.
- All residents and guests are also expected to be respectful of their neighbors and to keep noise during sleeping hours to a minimum.
- Each condo is allocated only two parking spaces. Please inquire about needs for more than two cars if this will be an issue at any time.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.

Renters must agree to and abide by the Samoset condo association rules. Any violations will be at the responsibility of the renter. 

Guests will be asked to fill out a car registration form.

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available throughout your stay to offer assistance, and we can stay in touch via phone or email for any inquiries or support needed.
