Lake Winni and Gunstock Ski Views

Very spacious 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms house located in Gilford NH. Perfect location for all seasons getaway. House offers 2 spacious living rooms, a Family room, a Sunroom , dinning area, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a bathroom on each level of the house. Just minutes from Gunstock Ski mountain, Lake Winnipesaukee, Bank of NH Pavilion, Weirs Beach etc.

The maximum number of adults this house can sleep is 12 adults. There is a bedroom on first floor that has a king size bed. There are two bedrooms on second floor, primary bedroom has an attached bathroom, and has one king size bed, and a bunk bed with two twin size beds. Top twin of the bunk bed is only meant for a child and cannot support the weight of an adult. The other bedroom on the second floor has one full size bed, and a twin size trundle under it., trundle is only meant for a child and cannot support the weight of an adult. There is another bedroom on the lower level that has one king size bed, this bedroom also has a sliding door that leads to the lower driveway. In addition there are two queen size sleeper sofas on the lower level. If you wish to use both sleeper sofas you will need to move one of the sleeper sofa to other part of the room for both of them to open for sleeping. If you moved the sleeper sofa for sleeping please be sure to put the back in the same position they were at the time of your check-in.

House is located in a very nice residential neighborhood on a dead end street. Its great for walking around the neighborhood during day time. It gets very dark with no street lights in the neighborhood.
House has a very good size driveway that is on a little slop. Be careful entering and leaving the driveway during winter times.

Before booking the stay be sure to review all the house rules, only book the house if you will follow each and every house rules listed on our listing. If any of the rules or policy does not work for you then this is not the house for you. Review everything under House Rules.

Please respect the quite time. No outdoor gathering between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

We allow monthly rentals , please send us a message for monthly rental price. We provide option to book a month or the entire season, if there are no other bookings already in place.
HOUSE RULES:
Smoking, vaping, pets, parties, events, loud music are strictly prohibited. Additional charges for cleaning and replacement of damaged items will be applied for any violation of the rules.

The maximum number of adults this house can sleep is 12 adults. Top bed of the bunk bed is only meant for a child and cannot support the weight of an adult. Maximum weight capacity of the top bunk bed is 160 pounds.

All guests should be at least 25 years or older unless accompanied with parents or legal guardian.

Remove footwear in the hallway, no footwear should be worn inside the house pass the front hallway. No footwears allowed in the loft areas.

Fire Place inside the house in both living rooms are not functional, DO NOT USE THEM.

Quite times are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outside gathering during quiet hours, please respect the neighbor's privacy.

If you use any of the outdoor games and chairs bring everything back inside the shed after use.

If you use the firepit make sure it is watered down after use. Any damage caused due to improper handling of the firepit will be guests' responsibility and liability. Use the firepit at your own risk.

No food should be eaten in the carpet/rug areas or on the furniture. Guests will be charged for cleaning or replacement fess for any damage or stains to the carpet/rug or furniture that happened during their stay.

Do not leave any trash outside the provided trash cans inside the yellow shed. If your trash does not fit inside the provided trash cans you will need to take the excess trash with you.

Your reservation will be canceled without refund and you will be asked to leave the property for not following the house rules.

Spacious with great views!

We spent Memorial Day weekend here and were really happy with the size, location, and cleanliness of the location. The hosts were great communicators and the house was well furnished (games for the kids, towels for everyone, and snacks that hit the spot). Great location - we were able to hit up Weirs Beach one day and Meredith the other. The views from house were also great, we'd highly recommend this location to others.

Excellent stay!

We loved staying here with our extended family (group of 10). The house was clean, well organized, very comfortable beds and the layout was perfect with great views! It surpassed our expectations! The owner had thought of everything to accommodate for a fun time! (Also having phone chargers in every room, board games, and a kitchen full of necessary ingredients were a great treat!) Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Great Ski Trip House

We had the pleasure of sharing this property with friends of ours and their kids. The house was so spacious and thoughtfully laid out where we all had our own space as well as plenty of room to socialize all together. Everything was very clean and well kept. There was a very well Equipped The hosts were great with communication and answered the few questions that we had. Checking into the property and checking out were quick and easy. The location of the property was 6min from Gunstock Mtn, and about 8min from Patrick’s Pub and and other necessities.
