## Space

The Main Villa has a capacity of 5 it hosts two double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
Comfortable Sitting areas with 2 smart TVs, Wifi and home comforts
There are four well presented bathrooms for extra comfort. The villa is divided for privacy and convenience. There are 2 terraces, one at the dinig area and one on the top floor.

Additional accomodation is available onsite. The dependance studio is available on request for an additional cost or for groups of 6 to 7 people. The villa and studio are elegant and well furnished.

The independance studio is an addition to the villa for extra accomodation, it hosts one double bedroom and one bathroom. There is a small upstairs sitting area with TV a cosy spot to relax and unwind.

The well presented Gardens, have pretty terrace area and a suntrap base overlooking the wonderful sparkling Lake Maggiore views. There is also seating areas in the shade with plenty of space for al fresco dining in Italian style! The villa hosts magnificent views

## Access

Road access brings you directly to the electric gates which open into a driveway. There is space enough for two cars. There is additional parking options nearby the villa externally.

## Interaction

A dedicated Property manager will meet you on site and assist you to create the perfect vacation. From confirmed reservation CLV offers a private itinerary planning service. Guests will be welcomed by the Property Manager and will have a complete tour of the villa so as to feel at home from the moment they arrive. An ideal villa for hikers, cyclists and walkers or for explorers to enjoy all the different shores, towns and villages around Lake Maggiore. Cannero Riviera is only an 8km drive away and Verbania a short 7km drive away.

## Transit

From Locarno to Ghiffa is approximately 40 min (30 km) away
Malpensa airport is about an hour and 10 minutes away (75 km)
Torino and Bergamo airports are about 2 hours away.
Intra town offers easy access to the car ferry service which runs every 20 minutes directly to Laveno Mombello in Lombardy.

## Notes

The driveway can be tight for large cars, caution is advised, for larger vehicles we would recommend parking it closeby to the villa
