Charming, newly renovated 3 story home located in the heart of downtown, historic Gettysburg. Lincoln Square, Lincoln Train Station, local shops, many restaurants, Majestic Theater, Gettysburg College are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Our home offers comfortable sitting areas with smart TVs, on all three levels, providing plenty of areas for relaxing. Our third level sitting area has a game table for games of chess, checkers, backgammon, cards and games. We have an original claw foot soaking tub to enjoy after a day spent touring the Gettysburg Battlefields. No worries, the tub also is equipped with 2 shower heads.

We have a lovely front porch with rockers and a quaint, shaded sitting area out back. This sweet home boasts of many cozy areas to congregate and the eat in kitchen is no exception. The kitchen table can seat 8. Our kitchen is newly equipped with a gas range/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender and plate/ cup service for 12.

Free high speed internet and basic cable are provided. We also have an assortment of teas and coffees for your enjoyment as well as a DeLonghi coffee system for our coffee connoisseurs, along with a coffee grinder to make the most perfect cup of Joe. No worries, if a more simple coffee or tea is preferred .. a Keurig is also available. We offer a keyless entry system into our home for easy access to come and go as you please. For your convenience, we offer 2 complimentary parking spaces on the 1st floor of the covered parking garage, literally just a few steps away from the house.

Our home has been fully approved by the Borough of Gettysburg and is ADA compliant, having a first floor ADA accessible outdoor ramp, full bath and first floor bedroom.

Our home is directly across the street from the well known civil war monument, located next to the Gettysburg Fire Department.

We ask that respectful noise levels be observed after 10:00pm, so as not to disturb neighbors.

Wonderful!

This was one of the best houses we've stayed at. Everything we needed was there and then some. The rooms were beautiful and the house was immaculate. You really had the feel of being hosted by family rather than someone out to make money.

The Codori property was perfect for our stay in Gettysburg. The house was just what we needed with space for everyone and extra spaces to spread out and not feel on top of each other. We really enjoyed the complimentary scones and muffins that greeted us and all of the historical books spread around the house. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Gettysburg Home

Really enjoyed our stay at this Gettysburg property! Entire house was sparkling clean. The kitchen was new and beautiful. The 3-level living was perfect for a family with teenagers. Also enjoyed the 3 different living areas with tv s and comfortable furniture for relaxing. Even the laundry area was clean and new. The owners were very thoughtful leaving homemade baked goods and plenty of drinks etc. We hope to return very soon!

This property was perfect to meet up for a sister weekend. Each floor offered an area to gather together or a cozy spot to relax. It was well appointed, clean and a wonderful central location for a Gettysburg getaway. Pete & Tina’s little extra touches made you feel welcomed and were appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home, hosted by the most thoughtful hosts!

The home is lovely and exactly as described. The hosts have thought of everything - from a wonderful coffee bar, to providing water and toiletries. The kitchen is well appointed and beds extremely comfortable. We loved it!!

Fabulous get-way

Our family of 6 adults and a one year old thoroughly enjoyed the house and the great location. The home is furnished in a lovely, comfortable style with some glamorous touches. Amazing!

Tina and Pete are wonderful hosts and their home is stunning! Great location, easy parking, EXTREMELY clean, they even left us a welcome gift and card. We had an amazing time. The beds, linens, and towels were super soft and cozy. We will absolutely be booking here again for our annual trip!

Perfect for a Gettysburg Getaway

This property is ideally located just one block from the main Lincoln square with dedicated and covered parking in the garage behind the house. The interior is up-to-date and comfortable. You can tell that Pete and Christina have put thought into the little details that would make a difference to guests, including the morning drink station, the smart TVs on every level, and the simplified check-out process. They also left a hand-written welcome with fresh local apples and pastries from a local shop. These personal touches stand out over other past VRBO stays across the country. I would recommend this property to others traveling to Gettysburg and I would stay there again.

We were in Gettysburg for 5 nights and Tina and Pete were the most accommodating and welcoming hosts we have ever had. Pleasant Surprise

This was the fourth vacation home we have stayed at in Gettysburg and hands down the best from the very start. Pete and Tina are excellent hosts. The communication with the hosts was timely, informative, and overall excellent. Ease of check-in was greatly appreciated giving an access code easily remembered. The box of Panera pastries, fully stocked coffee bar, and selection of drinks in the frig gave us a well needed break upon arrival. And for years I have wondered why hosts had renters do so much clean up at the end of your stay when you pay a cleaning fee…not here, simply strip the beds you used and place sheets and towels in the bathrooms! Now that is a vacation! We plan on staying here each year that it is available for our annual family get together.

Amazing Home in the Heart of Gettysburg

My family simply could not have asked for a better experience than what we had at Pete and Tina's home. The location is steps away from downtown and the parking garage is super convenient. The home itself was exactly as described, immaculate, and it offered everything we could have needed and more! Pete and Tina are so easy to communicate with, and they went out of their way to help make our weekend stay an amazing experience. Next time we visit, this will be the first place we look to stay!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home, extremely clean and attractive, we had 4 couples and it was perfect! Very convenient to the center of town, we walked to breakfast in the mornings. Owners left a box of delicious fresh pastries and ass’t waters in fridge. Great experience.

We rented this house for a family vacation... including grandparents and kids. The house is in a perfect location. Very close walking distance to many restaurants & shops(1-3 blocks) and maybe a 10 minute walk to many museums and tours. So many extra amneties included in this rental; Pete & Tina thought of everything. This was the best rental experience we've had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A lifesaver

Codori Place on Stratton and Pete and Tina were extraordinary in every way. The house is commodious and extremely comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. We loved both the house and its location near where our daughter lives on the same Gettysburg street, near to restaurants and shops etc. But the biggest plus was the great kindness of Pete and Tina when I had a medical emergency and had to be checked into the hospital overnight. There was a vacancy for several days after our departure date, so we were able to stay two nights longer, which allowed me to rest and get ready for the return home to North Carolina. That kindness will not be forgotten, and we hope to return some day. Gibbons and Kay Ruark

Coloring Place

This place is fantastic! First class accommodation. Everything is quality. Pete and Tina supply you with everything a guest could need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. A lot of special touches. Their communication made the check in and parking process easy. The location is tremendous to walk to all Gettysburg has to offer. 5 star in every aspect!

Short Visit to Gettysburg

We stayed in Codori Place in July of 2024. The house was lovely and very comfortable (lots of comfy beds, a nice room to relax and watch TV at night, and really good AC to fight off the summer heat). It has a well-equipped kitchen, and the best coffee station we have ever seen in a VRBO (our 15-year-old daughter was particularly fond of the syrup selections to add to coffee). The location is great (on a quiet street but just minutes from the heart of town). We walked to everything in Gettysburg from the house. Pete and Tina were great hosts (they even left some baked goodies for us upon our arrival). Next time we are back in Gettysburg, we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic accommodations

This property is phenomenal. I brought my 2 sons and daughter in laws and 4 grandchildren, 2, 3, 3, & 4 and we had an excellent time. The property is beautiful, walking distance to historic downtown and is in a quiet neighborhood. The extra touches by the hosts were great as well. We will definitely be back!!
