Clementina’s Cove is one of the few villas on Great Exuma featuring a full-size pickleball court, private saltwater pool, and breathtaking panoramic water views —all set on a secluded 1.2-acre property. It's mid-island location offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, just minutes from stunning world class beaches, grocery and liquor stores, restaurants, the airport and Georgetown.

The property is thoughtfully designed with modern coastal elegance and island charm. Thoughtful details reflect the essence of Exuma: unspoiled beauty, understated elegance, and an invitation to slow down and reconnecting with yourself and those you love.

Location, Location, Location!
We love our mid island location which gets your vacation started after a short and picturesque 12 minute drive from the airport! Just minutes away are world class beaches, numerous restaurants as well as four grocery stores, two gas stations, liquor stores, shops and the Straw Market in Georgetown.

A 10-minute stroll (or a quick 3-minute drive) takes you to Hoopers Bay Beach, known for its powder-soft sand and calm turquoise waters. It’s the perfect spot to start your mornings with a peaceful walk or swim. You're also perfectly positioned to explore some of Exuma’s most beautiful beaches.

The central location makes it easy to spend a relaxing day beach hopping all the way to Baraterre or Exuma Point one day (30 minutes) and to the tip of Little Exuma (40 minutes) on another day. Your beach hopping days will be filled with stops at many beautiful beaches and hidden gem restaurants/beach bars!

In Georgetown, you can rent a boat from Minn’s or catch a water taxi to visit the beaches, hiking trails, restaurants and beach bars on Stocking Island. Clementina’s Cove is the perfect location to use as your home base - whether to relax or to explore the Exuma Cays.

The Villa & Design
Clementina’s Cove combines modern coastal design with warm island charm, creating a space that is as stylish as it is comfortable. As you step through the front door, the first thing to catch your eyes is the incredible water view framed by expansive windows and sliding glass doors. Natural light floods the great room, highlighting the 12’ vaulted ceiling and white washed beams. The open concept plan flows seamlessly onto a large veranda inviting you to transition effortlessly between indoor lounging and outdoor serenity.

The villa includes three thoughtfully appointed ensuite bedrooms, ensuring both comfort and privacy for every guest. With spacious bedrooms and inviting communal spaces, Clementina’s Cove is ideal for couples, friends, or family gatherings.

A Private Paradise
Nestled on 1.2 acres at the end of a quiet and private street off Queens Highway, the villa sits perched on a ridge capturing ocean breezes and provides unparalleled water views and the feeling of being in a tropical tree house. As you approach, you’ll pass a timeless limestone wall an eye-catching gated entrance, then wind up a concrete driveway that is flanked by historic stone walls, coconut palms, tropical plants and bougainvillea that lead to a secluded private piece of paradise.

The home’s creamy sand colored facade is adorned with sky blue Bahamian shutters and a joyful pop of clementine orange color on the front door. The entry walkway from the ample parking area weaves past a courtyard featuring a colorful palette from tropical plants and assorted palm trees. The surrounding lush natural landscaping ensures that you feel connected to the natural beauty that makes Exuma unforgettable.

Inside the Villa:
The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, quartz counters, plenty of indoor and outdoor dining ware, utensils, bar tools, cookware and pots/pans. The 8’ island has a separate beverage fridge and counter seating and is the perfect spot to set out a spread of snacks, a puzzle or to enjoy being in the center of the cooking action. A path off the deck leads to a nearby outdoor bbq area where you can grill your steaks or fresh caught fish while taking in water views. With indoor and outdoor dining areas, you can choose where to enjoy one of the most panoramic views Exuma has to offer.

When you are ready to turn in for the night, you will find 3 well-appointed bedrooms - no fighting over which room is best - they are each stellar.

Each bedroom has a floating desk and shelf with a chair which is a handy spot to land if you have any vacation work demands. Each room also includes premium mattresses, pillows, linens and extra blankets; blackout blinds, as well as individually controlled mini split AC units and ceiling fans. Each bedroom closet is equipped with custom organizers and drawers.

Please note that the maximum capacity is 6, regardless of age (adults, children, infants).

After a day of outdoor activities, you may want to stream your favorite shows or enjoy a movie night in the cozy living area in front of the 65” flat-screen Smart TV. Or if you prefer, settle in one of the swivel chairs that turn toward the water and continue to enjoy the views. For family game nights, we have a collection of games including Dominoes, Monopoly, Scrabble, Backgammon, Clue, cards, Jenga, ... Puzzles and books are available as well.

Other notable features designed to make your stay comfortable include a full size washer and dryer, complimentary high speed satellite WiFi with an extensive mesh system, and starter laundry, bath and kitchen amenities (trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cooking spices and more). Any additional replacement amenities can be found at a local grocery store. We have a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a single serve Keurig, so feel free to bring your favorites from home.

For peace of mind, the villa operates with a whole house solar system (public electric back up) and an on-site reverse osmosis filtration system (with a 2,500 gallon water storage tank and booster pump) - minimizing the pesky electric and water outages that are part of the experience of out island living.

The Great Outdoors:
For the more active kids and adults, how about a game of pickleball? Yes, we have a full size pickleball court - a rarity on the island. Pickleball is a fun way to enjoy the outdoors while soaking up the tropical breeze and water views. The net, paddles and balls are provided.

The expansive outdoor deck area was designed for entertaining and relaxing! The veranda provides the perfect shaded area to enjoy the views as well as a spot for alfresco dining or lounging on the outdoor sofa and chairs. Or step out into the sun towards the heated, saltwater pool and sundeck. This area includes an umbrella, chaise lounges, and a conversation seating area with Adirondack chairs and a table. The seating ledge of the pool is the perfect spot to bask in the warm Caribbean sun with a cool drink in hand.

Sink yourself into a pool side chaise lounge or one of the comfortable seats and listen to the ocean, take in the ever-changing blue hues, watch the ships and sailboats sail to and from Elizabeth Harbour or gaze at the night sky with the galaxy of stars.

Plenty of water toys and equipment are available for you to enjoy during your stay including beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and pool noodles.

After a game of pickleball or day on the beach, take advantage of the outdoor enclosed shower (hot and cold water) and freshen up with a view of Hoopers Bay.
