Welcome to this 4 BR, 2 full bath home that comfortably sleeps 10 guests. It’s been completely remodeled with a unique, charming and stylish vibe and attention to detail that’s second to none. The perfect space for families, couples, bachelor/bachelorette groups, sports spectators, wine enthusiasts, Lake Erie visitors, etc!
Just a few doors down and seconds from SPIRE Institute/Academy, conveniently located near I90 and just minutes from the Grand River Valley wineries and Geneva-On-The-Lake

This cute and charming home is newly renovated and ready to accommodate your group or family! Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, we know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

The main floor:

-Full kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar and everything you'll need to cook

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

This home is right off I-90 on RT 534, located just seconds north of SPIRE Institute/Academy, just a few minutes from the wineries, and about 10 minutes south of Geneva-On-The-Lake. Up the street in front of SPIRE is a brand-new Starbucks and a brand-new Dollar General for anything you might need. A Giant Eagle grocery store is just a few minutes down the road as well, in addition to bars, restaurants and shops in the area.
The central location of this home couldn't be more convenient and ideal for your visit!

One of the nicest rental properties we’ve stayed at as far as thoughtful amenities. Clean, nicely appointed house. Best Bachelorette Hub!!!

My friends and I traveled from all over Ohio and outside of Ohio to meet up for my bachelorette party/bridal shower weekend, and this property was PERFECT for us! It had the space, aesthetic, amenities - literally anything you needed, Alecia had! Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. The location was just minutes from Wine Country. We had an amazing weekend. So thankful - would definitely recommend 11/10!

Fantastic VRBO!

What a wonderful three day stay we had in this welcoming, beautifully decorated, and spotless home! This home provided more than enough space for our family of five adults and was perfectly located for our visit in the area. Our hostess, Alicia, was easy to reach when needed and couldn't have been more accommodating. This cozy house met our needs completely and was very well supplied with all necessities. We were truly thrilled with our stay there and would totally recommend it!

Just Wonderful

This property was fantastic for all of our needs. It was a cute older home, redone really nice. The extra amenities with the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen, were a nice touch. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. We will definitely book again when we are out that way.

My gal pals and I stayed here so we could explore some Ashtabula wineries. The beds were comfortable, there was room for everyone, plenty of natural light to get ready, the coffee selection was superb, and every room was decorated super cute from top to bottom. The communication with the host was very quick. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay

The property was wonderful overall however the traffic was really loud while trying to sleep but we loved everything about the house other than the loud trucks on occasion. If I were to stay there again I wish their were different curtains upstairs that way when u close the curtains it wouldn’t be over the ac. Maybe put curtains up that come down to the ac units that way no light shines in.

Home Away from Hom

Absolutely wonderful! My 2 sons and their wives, one granddaughter my husband and I came with my mom to celebrate her 80 th birthday. This house had everything to make our stay fantastic! It is meticulously decorated with beautiful designs throughout the four bedroom home. With a great gathering area in the dining room, kitchen and living space, we played games, relaxed and traveled to the beach for outdoor activities. There is an outdoor area that is private with a grill and seating area. Each bedroom has its own color scheme with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The bathrooms are clean and impeccably maintained. And I cannot say enough about the hospitality of the host! She had a cake and card waiting for us with snacks and every extra imaginable! We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
