The recreation area Błonia Sopockie with a rope park for children, an open grill space and a dog park is just 600 meters away.

In the closest neighborhood there are numerous shops and restaurants to fulfill all daily needs: a grocery shop (40 m), a a restaurant (260 m) and a gift shop (250 m). The area is also home to the Fisheries Mini Museum and Bruno Wandtke Square, which is ideal for evening walks with sea views.
