The Space:

The 216 m² apartment is designed for 6 people. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with access to the garden and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, another bedroom with a work area and a bathroom with a shower await you. The top level is a rooftop terrace with a view of Orlowo and a winter garden where you can relax regardless of the weather.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Gdynia Orlowo, just 150 m from the sea and a 5-minute walk from the pier. This is an ideal location to combine beachcombing with exploring nature - the Orlowo Cliff and the Kępa Redlowowska nature reserve are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous restaurants and cafes, where you can taste local specialties. The entire project area is fenced and monitored.



Getting Around:

The property’s location ensures quick and convenient travel throughout the entire metropolitan area, and its proximity to the SKM Gdynia Orłowo rapid transit station (just a few minutes’ walk away) provides direct access to Sopot and Gdansk.
