A dining table with six chairs has been placed by the window - ideal for shared meals or evening board games. Next to it is a TV with terrestrial TV, and from the living room you can access a furnished balcony overlooking a quiet estate overgrown with birch trees. The surrounding greenery creates an atmosphere of peace and serenity, conducive to morning coffee, reading or evening relaxation with a glass of wine.
