This holiday flat with separate entrance is located in a two-family house in the small village of Sulmin. The house is located in the centre of a woodland settlement on the edge of the forest. You live in the countryside, but are only a short distance from Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia, the so-called "Tricity".
The flat is 36 mÂČ in size and can accommodate two to four people. The centre of the flat is the large living room with an open, integrated kitchen. It is divided into the seating area with sofa bed (160 cm wide), the dining area by the window and the kitchenette, which is equipped with a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the sofa. The bedroom has a wardrobe and a double bed (160 cm wide). The bathroom has a shower, a towel dryer and a hairdryer. A cot can be provided on request. Heating is available in all rooms.
The house stands on a fenced plot with a garden and an organic vegetable garden. You can spend pleasant days on the communal terrace, in the garden, in the town, in the forest, at the lake or on the beach. The car park is located on the property.
The flat is ideal for individualists and nature lovers, but also for history buffs. You can go horse riding, hiking, cycling or mushroom picking in the surrounding area. And of course you should visit the nearby Hanseatic city of Gdansk, the centre of which is only thirteen kilometres away. After an eventful day in the old town, treat yourself to a day of swimming, either on the Gdansk beach in Brzezno, which is 21 kilometres away, or head to Lake Otomin, three kilometres away. Another popular spa and bathing resort is Sopot, 27 kilometres away, with the longest wooden jetty in Europe. Grocery shopping in the village is very easy. There is a corner shop 200 metres from the flat. Internet shops bring your groceries directly to the flat. You can also drive to the nearest shopping centre five kilometres away or visit nice restaurants nearby.
