Peaceful, fully-furnished cabin! Cozy living area with comfortable seating, fireplace and Smart TV; The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen directly connected. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside, or enjoy a cookout with the Charcoal BBQ Grill on the side deck. Grab a friend and play cards outside or watch your favorite movie while snuggled on the sofa! The cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi for streaming, checking emails, or working remotely!

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area). Firewood is not provided but is available at most local stores.

*If you have a group larger than 6, our sister cabin `The Wandering Bear Cub` is located almost right down the street and sleeps up to 6 additional guests.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy at The Wandering Bear.
*There is also a strict no-pet policy in place.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional cleaning fee.
