Welcome! This amazing property in Chalet Village is a beautiful, completely renovated, spacious and private 3-bedroom, 2 full bath chalet nestled in the mountains of Gatlinburg with year-long, sweeping views of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Walk into this cabin and enjoy the scenery from the front deck and full wall of windows both upstairs and downstairs. The rustic, contemporary design, tall cathedral ceilings, upscale granite countertops and new modern furniture make this a home away from home you won't want to leave! The beautiful wood beams, wood floors and wood accent walls create that warm, homey cabin feel. There are plenty of windows throughout the chalet to enjoy the sweeping views of the mountains, from the dining area, the living area, and the bedrooms. The garage has been converted into a large game room with a pool table, foosball table, and 58" Roku Smart TV for entertaining family and friends. Garage entry is only from the outside, not directly from inside the house. And when you are ready to enjoy the spring and summer weather, head to one of the three Chalet Village HOA swimming pools and clubhouses you have access to in the Chalet Village area, all within a 5-10 minute drive from the cabin! These are open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. One clubhouse has year round Tennis and Pickleball Court access.
Things to Do in the area:
Because it is a tourism destination, Gatlinburg is home to many sightseeing attractions and there is no shortage of things to see and do. Aside from the National Park, Gatlinburg also hosts the only ski resort in Tennessee (Ober Gatlinburg) with three chair lifts and eight trails, which is accessible either by road or by a gondola ride from the city strip. There is also plenty of entertainment available in downtown Gatlinburg, with attractions such as the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Hillbilly Golf, Escape Rooms, and Ripleyâs Aquarium of the Smokies. Pigeon Forge is about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the cabin. There you can enjoy Dollywood, many dinner shows such as Hatfield and McCoy and the Pirate Dinner Theater. There is no shortage of places to mini-golf, ride mountain coasters, eat, buy candy and fudge, and shop. If you enjoy being in nature, there are hundreds of hiking trails in the Great Smoky Mountains as well as many places to go golfing, fishing, tubing, white water rafting,
horseback riding, ziplining, ATVing, and more!

*If you cancel a single night of your trip, be aware that we price nights differently and we'll refund the nightly rate for that specific nights, less a 5%, non-refundable VRBO fee that is charged to us as the owner based on the initial booking amount. Note, VRBO also doesn't refund the Traveler/ Guest fee and if they refund the lodging taxes at all, it is up to the traveler to contact VRBO directly for that refund. If you cancel an entire trip based on the cancellation guidelines - potentially all of these fees are refunded. You can then rebook immediately for the shorter stay.
*We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you would need to cancel your trip outside of the free cancellation window. VRBO offers travel insurance at checkout or you are welcome to choose your own!
Chalet Village Swim Pools and Clubhouses:
There are three clubhouses that are available within 1-3 miles, which are open Memorial Day to Labor Day, each with pools. Weather dependent the South Clubhouse pool remains open into mid to late September. Pool hours are 9:00am â 9:00pm.
South Baden Clubhouse (Closed Tuesdays)
The South Clubhouse is ~ 1 mile and 3 minutes away and features a 58,000 gal swimming pool with sections from 1ft. â 9 ft., tennis courts, shuffle board, horseshoes and a kidâs playland enclosure for children 12 and under.
North Clubhouse (closed Wednesdays)
The North Clubhouse is ~1 mile and 4 minutes away. It offers three swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, a paved walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games. Drinks and concessions are available for purchase and you are welcome to bring your own as long as you do not have glass containers.
The North tennis courts are open year round for your enjoyment. If your day is full, try playing an evening game, the lights for the courts are on timers until midnight. You can bring your own tennis equipment or you are welcome to use ours during open hours.
Upper Alpine Clubhouse (closed Tues & Wed)
The Upper Alpine Clubhouse is ~ 3 miles and 10 minutes away. This is the smallest of the three clubhouses but has its own unique qualities . The pool deck offers plenty of shade and sunshine and a 20Ă40 pool that is 3 ft â 8 Âœ ft, as well as a wading pool just deep enough for little ones with a cascading rain drop umbrella to add to the fun.
