The 2 Bedroom Lockoff is especially well suited for families or groups wanting extra flexibility and privacy during their stay. The lockoff-style layout typically combines separate sleeping and living areas into one larger accommodation, creating a setup that works well for multi-generational families, couples traveling together, or groups wanting additional space to spread out comfortably. Layouts often include multiple bathrooms, kitchen or kitchenette areas, dining space, fireplaces, washer and dryer features, and private balconies or patios with mountain surroundings.

- All our rooms are non-smoking, and any guests found to have been smoking, vaping, or using an ecigarette in the room may be assessed an additional cleaning fee. Our Resorts are private property and have been deemed drugfree zones.

Pet Policies & Fees:
- Allowed Pets: Dogs only. Cats are generally not permitted.
- Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 dogs per unit.
- Weight Limit: Combined weight of the pets must not exceed 60 pounds.
- Size Limits: Dogs cannot exceed 36 inches in length or height.
- Fees: A mandatory, non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation is charged, plus a $150 refundable pet deposit. (Fees subject to change.)
- Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds are not permitted, including Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Sharpei, Alaskan Malamute, and Presa Canario.

On-Site Rules:
- Unattended Pets: Pets cannot be left alone in the room unless they are kept in a pet carrier or crate.
- Public Areas: Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the room and are not allowed in public areas like restaurants, spa spaces, or the water park.

Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.
