Enjoy the best of both worlds by being close to both Downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Smoky Mountains National Park. Delight in panoramic views of both the mountains and the cityscape from the numerous balconies, relishing the serenity of being nestled in seclusion while still being conveniently located near everything. This custom-designed luxury home has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 living areas, and a dedicated game room. Each bedroom has it’s own Smart TV and ample closet space for storage. The fully equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, necessary cooking accessories, and large counter tops! After a day of exploring, enjoy an evening by the indoor electric fireplace, light a fire in the outdoor firepit, or take a dip in the hot tub! Great location, close proximity to many hikes and easy to get to both gatlinburg downtown area and pigeon forge. We did use the outdoor area frequently but be aware that bears will walk up the driveway.

I felt like the bathroom shower down stairs needed a hand rail to grab onto, the shower was slippery. Needed to have better soap to clean the dishes with, maybe a scrubber to clean dishes. And the picture when you booked the trip looks like you don’t have neighbors, but you have cabins on top of you.

Perfect location if you are staying for a tournament at Rocky Top Sports World (8 minutes drive). Grocery store (Food Mart) only a mile away so very convenient. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg! The house was very clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Nice covered patio to relax at anytime of the day. If we have another tournament at this location we would definitely stay here again.

We loved the cabin. It was very nice and comfortable. There were lots of Asian lady bugs in the room with the bunkbeds. We did get snowed in and ran out of toilet paper. We made the decision to leave on Monday instead of Tuesday. We got off the mountain by using the neighbors snow shovel and shoveled the snow off the whole road. Quite an adventure. Over all we had a great time and would rent from you again despite of the little mishaps.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The space was large, spacious, and perfectly clean. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. Communication with the host was excellent and made everything smooth from start to finish.The only small issue we noticed was in the kitchen: the afternoon sun was pretty intense, and needs blinds or curtains. The glare, making it hard to see the TV at that time of day. And glared in the cabin very bright. That said, it was a very minor thing and didn’t take away from our experience at all.Overall, this cabin was nearly perfect, and we would 100% stay here again. We’re already planning to come back!

I recently took a spontaneous trip to Tennessee with my three boys, and it was a fantastic experience. The house we stayed in was great, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was ideal, allowing us easy access to local attractions and activities.Communication with the owner was also excellent. They were responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I would definitely consider returning to this location. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a family getaway!

This cabin was perfect for our long weekend getaway! It was clean and laid out very well. Two of the three bathrooms have double entrances that work well with the layout of the cabin. The hotub, pool table, and outdoor swings provided plenty of entertainment. The drive into Gatlinburg was very quick and easy as well.

The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our extended family and the kids loved the fire pit. Only major downside was how close all the other cabins are. It doesn't really come through in the photos, but your neighbors are pretty much on top of you. This isn't the case for many listings around the Smoky Mountains.

The cabin was very clean and we had a lot of room for all 9 people in our group. The teenagers really enjoyed the game room area and the adults enjoyed the peace and quiet while enjoying all the trees and nature. We had everything we needed for a very special family gathering in TN. We would all highly recommend this cabin!

Great vacation home! It was nice, spacious, and relaxing. We were able to see a Mama Bear and her Cubs playing several times during our stay. It's convenient to everything, but also peaceful. You will not be disappointed.

Scenic Getaway Was a Great Stay

Scenic Getaway was very clean and spacious and was very close to downtown Gatlinburg, the grocery store, and hiking trails. Wi-Fi worked great and the house had everything we needes for a great stay.

Great cabin!

We came with our adult kids and grandkids. Cabin is very clean and we loved having 3 levels to spread out in. The porch was a favorite as was the hot tub! We have rented many cabin in gatlinburg/ pigeon forge area but this has been our favorite!
