We were just in town for a weekend volleyball tournament. It was so much nicer and peaceful instead of staying in town. It’s incredibly close to town but gives you the feeling of being far away in the woods. The cabin was very clean. The owner contacted us a few hours early and let us check in early, check in and check out were simple and easy. The owner was very friendly and told us just to call if we any questions or concerns. Definitely will use again

Our stay was amazing! The hosts reached out to us the day of the stay to let us know we could check in early which was super nice of them ! it was a super cute cabin in the woods on a mountain but just a minute or two to the main road , which takes you to gatlinburg center in like 15 minutes and there’s a supermarket with great options (actually the best food we had in gatinburg lol!!) and gas stations within 10 minutes. we pretty much had the entire mountain top to ourselves which was really cool. The hosts were super nice, and accommodating, they left us everything we would need in the cabin and more :) the area is beautiful and the cabin was clean, and cozy, there was extra blankets to use for the couch downstairs to get cozy in front of the tv , and we got to use the jacuzzi twice after a long day of hiking it was great :) the jacuzzi was super easy to use , just 1 button lol. The bathroom and shower was cute and clean , there was a washer dryer dishwasher oven stove and everything for cooking. We literally loved it 10/10 will definitely be coming back ! Thanks for everything !!

Perfect place for us, exactly as expected. They have a nicely appointed kitchen, even dish soap, etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find bedding and towels, as the listing said to supply our own. Will definitely recommend!

The location was nice. It was quiet and peaceful. But i have never stayed anywhere that i have had to bring my own bath towels and sheets for the bed. And not finding out till 3 days before we were to be there with no option to cancel. We had to bring them. The dryer didnt shut off when you opened the door and the large burner didnt work. This would not be my choice next time as a place to stay.

Good but had better

The cabin was clean and nice. But the coffee pot didn’t work properly so no coffee and the water pressure was another thing lol. But overall the stay was good.

Awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Secluded and quiet but still only about a 10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. Super clean and comfortable, and awesome communication! Will definitely be coming back!

Squirrel and rodent infested

Our stay was disgusting. The first night that we arrived my wife found that a squirrel had made his home in our bed. She found two piles of acorns underneath the pillows and a hole in the boxspring. We contacted the property manager, and he told us to move over to one of the other cabins. We proceeded to stay at the other cabin for three nights and the whole time we were there there was a sewage smell that would happen after using the shower or the washer dryer. As we were packing up, we found rodent feces in the kitchen and in the cupboards as well as insulation over by one of the vents, probably a mouse trying to make a nest. We texted And called the property manager, and they never responded. We stayed in two cabins and both had severe rodent issues.

review of our stay

The property was enough for just my husband and I. the only thing was that we booked this several months ahead of time. We was suppose to get an email 3 days prior to our stay. We didn't get the email about check in the day before. In the email we had to bring sheets and towels. We left early that morning before and if we had known sooner we could of brought the stuff we needed to bring. So we had to go by the stuff which we didn't plan on that extra expense. Over all the cabin was great. We would stay there again.

Great cozy cabin

Everything was as it was listed nice and cozy. Any issue I had Brent made sure it was taken care of promptly. I do feel it could be cleaned a bit better. The bathroom fan had lots of lint and bugs stuck in it. The fireplace was not dusted and above the bed there were spider eggs. Overall a good experience. Just needs a little more attention to detail when cleaning. Would stay here again.
