Rock Cottage by Creekside Hideaway

This new spacious modern farmhouse is perfect for your next luxurious mountain getaway. Comfortably sleep up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms/7 beds total, a game room, and movie room. Relax and barbecue on the patio deck overlooking the creek. Cook a meal for the whole family in the fully loaded kitchen with island seating and a large dining table. Explore the 15 acre property with stunning views and a 1.5 acre fishing pond, as well as hot tub boats available on a limited basis.



The Space:

This large two story farmhouse home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. To access the main floor (second story) you will climb the staircase outside. On this main floor you will find:

-Spacious kitchen with large island bar with seating, dining table and spacious seating

-Fully equipped kitchen stocked with all supplies needed to cook such as pots, pans, dishware, silverware, etc.

-Dual Keurig with Coffee Pot and K Cup Brewing Options

-Living room area with Smart TV, desk workspace, fast and reliable Wifi

-Three king sized bedrooms each with their own full bathroom

-Outdoor patio deck overlooking the creek, with propane firepit table, barbecue for grilling, and outdoor seating



From the main floor, if you go downstairs to the first story, you will find:

-Bunk bed bedroom with two full beds, and two twin beds up top, and private full bathroom

-Arcade space downstairs, air hockey table, three arcade games

-Movie room with bean bags, comfortable large couch, 75 inch smart TV (Roku and Cable)

-Full Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer

-Smart TV's and fast reliable Wifi in every room



This home also provides:

-Four parking spaces right outside the home

-Access to private 1.5 acre fishing pond on the property just 5 minutes walking across the creek

-Hot tub boat rentals on our private pond (Based on availability, check the calendar beforehand)

-Keyless entry, arrive anytime

-Access to the creekside cascade and cabanas, a lounging and cabana area with direct creek access to tube and dip in, and cornhole games

-Onsite creekside general store, with drinks, snacks, souvenirs, fishing rods, smores supplies, and more



Creekside Hideaway is a quiet community of tiny homes and cottages on a 15-acre property with walking paths and a walking bridge. Two creeks flow through the land, filling a 1.5-acre fishing pond just for our guests (only fishing, no swimming allowed). You can reach the pond by walking over our bridges; it's not accessible by car. Though you'll have neighbors, each home is placed to give everyone space and privacy. Our roads are gravel so please be advised.



Our community borders the Smoky Mountain National Park, offering lots of hiking trails and exploring opportunities. We're also close to the Bent Creek Golf Course. Also, Downtown Gatlinburg is just a quick 15-minute drive, where you'll find lots of fun activities.



This cottage is at the entry of our property as seen on the map. This home backs up against a beautiful creek, along with a campground. Certain seasons bring lots of greenery to the area, making the view different than other times. Please be mindful of these things.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the tiny home, including one designated parking spot. You'll also be free to explore the beautiful 15-acre property, which features two creeks, a 1.5-acre catch-and-release fishing pond (no swimming), scenic walking paths, and stunning natural views. Please note that trailers and RVs are not permitted on the property.



Hot Tub Boat Rentals

Enhance your stay with a unique experience in our wood-fired hot tub boats, available for rent. Each boat accommodates up to 6 guests and is available on Saturdays and select weekdays from 6 to 8 p.m. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Message us in advance to reserve your spot!



The Neighborhood:

This cottage is located at Creekside Hideaway, a new tiny home/ cottage community in Gatlinburg, TN. You will be neighbors with other homes on the property, and the homes are spaced out for your privacy. Creekside Hideaway borders the Smoky Mountain National Park with many trails for hiking and exploring. We also are neighbors with the Bent Creek Golf Course. We are a short 15 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and many local activities.



Two creeks run through the land that feed into our 1.5 acre fishing pond for our guests (Catch and Release Only, No Swimming). You can access the pond by taking a .7 mile walk to the other side of the property, over our walking bridges. It is not accessible by vehicle. View the map for details.



Getting Around:

You can drive onto the property (gravel roads) and the speed limit is 10 mph. No steep inclines to drive up. 15 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg, 30 min drive to Pigeon Forge and all their activities.



Other Things to Note:

We have a strict cancellation policy. Please double check your booking dates before confirming your stay.



No Pets allowed! We offer a few dog friendly tiny homes on the property for an additional fee. Please reach out for details! (Additional fees will apply if caught with a pet)



Early check-in is available for an additional $35. This allows you to check in at least two hours early (2:00). You can request it once your reservation is confirmed.



No Trailers allowed! You will be fined a minimum $150 fee if caught bringing a trailer into the property.



For security and assistance, all of our cabins have a ring doorbell on the front door.



We provide some courtesy amenities upon arrival. Any additional amenities will not be restocked during your stay and the guest will need to provide themselves.
