This 4 bedroom house has beautiful views of downtown Gatlinburg. The house is 1 mile from the Aquarium, which puts you very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. You are also only 3.8 miles from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you don't want to walk downtown, then there is a trolley stop a short distance from the house. The house is also located just 4 miles from the Rocky Top Sports World. The house is only 2 tenths of a mile off of HWY 321.

This is a brand new build, boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and one half bath. You will walk in on the main level which includes the master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and 32" TV. The living room on the main level has a gas log fireplace, a 50" TV, and a door leading out to a large porch with a beautiful view of Gatlinburg. The living room, dining room, and fully furnished kitchen are all open concept and on the main floor. The main floor also includes a half bath. On the top floor, there are two identical bedrooms with queen beds and 32 " TVs. In between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom. The couch on this floor is a sleeper sofa that will bring the accommodation of the house up to 10. The top floor also includes an area for you to relax and spend time with your family, containing a full size pool table, mini fridge, and 50" TV. Another porch occupies this floor and has the same beautiful view as the one below. Finally, the bottom floor has another living area with a love seat, armchair, and 50" TV which provides another space for your family to enjoy. Other bottom floor ammenties include a full size washer, dryer, and another fully furnished bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and 32" TV. All TVs are hooked up to Spectrum Cable and there is high speed internet for you to use included in your stay. Finally, you can never have too many beautiful views. This bottom floor boasts another outside area overlooking downtown Gatlinburg. Spend some time with your family in the great outdoors. This cabin is equipped with 24" x 16" JUMBO Park Style Charcoal Grill for quiet family dinners and a fire pit surrounded by chairs to relax at the end of the day. Also, a 5-person spa whirlpool is located near this outdoor space in it own covered space.
