New Construction
Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg.


Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms with additional sleeping on queen size sleeper sofa. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile) and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.


The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided! Access code located in master bedroom on the device.


Being right in the heart of it all, you are a quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This world renowned park offers: Scenic Drives, Waterfalls, Wildlife Nature Hiking, Picnicking and Horseback Riding to name a few.


More attractions to enjoy within minutes of our town home:
- Pigeon Forge with go carts, water park and an assortment of amusement park rides and arcades!
- Ripley's Museum (a short walk from town home)

The property was great. We walked to down town, which was great because we didn’t have to find or pay for parking. The townhouse was decorated beautifully. Beds and furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. Would definitely stay her again. Loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay. “New Build” is a bit misleading because it is not a new build. The drain stop in the master bedroom bath was broken on arrival but they came to fix it early the next morning. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. The location is great being within walking distance to numerous restaurants and activities.

The property was in a great location to walk to the downtown sites. Condo had plenty of room for the 6 people we had in our party. The carport was nice especially when we were packing to leave and it was raining. We will definitely refer others.

This was an annual get-together of college roommates & this year we decided to stay in Gatlinburg. The place was perfect! Our host, Charles, was so fabulous - GREAT communication! The place was fabulous! Clean, modern amenities, SO CLOSE to everything - we walked everywhere! The beds were super comfortable! Internet was fabulous! Great water pressure & lighting & AC/Heat worked great on multi levels! We felt extremely safe! We all slept great & had so much fun! Lots of memories were made this trip & our accommodations added to our enjoyment! Would most definitely rent from Charles at this location again!!!
