What We Provide

POOL MAINTENANCE: Our pool is serviced weekly on Mondays and Thursdays to ensure the safest, most enjoyable swim experience. The pool tech enters and exits from the deck on the pool level to minimize any interruption. Please pardon their presence and allow them to do their job. They will be quick and usually can be done within 30 min - 45 min. Thank you so much for your understanding!

BLACK BEARS: Bear sightings are common. Please use the bear-proof trash cans at the end of the driveway to dispose of any trash and keep your car doors and exterior house doors locked at all times. Bears will easily tear through soft tops on convertibles and truck beds, so please avoid bringing those vehicles to the cabin. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.

BUGS: There are critters in the mountains so you might find some unwelcome guests. We do have regular, monthly pest control so you might see some critters that didn’t make it. By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary.
