This gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

From the moment you enter this three-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. This single-level vacation rental boasts three king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower, and double vanities and the master includes a soaking tub.

Wonderful new condos

These new condos are beautifully done. The location is perfect; you feel away from everything with amazing views, but you are just a couple minute drive from the parkway. The roads up and down are not a scary drive! The condo was exactly what we hoped for. Plenty of space for our littles to run around, and we liked that there were no stairs! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were like a spa, and the kitchen had everything you need if you’d rather cook than go out. We would definitely stay here again!

Our air conditioning went out and management was awesome at quickly getting the issue figured out and getting us into another unit. The pool was great and used the gym which was very nice as well. The view is incredible, and the location is a super short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. Highly recommend taking the bypass and not ski mountain rd. Only issue was the balcony door handle was broken and the door wouldn’t shut... but they are being replaced this week. Would definitely recommend!

The $1000 free tickets is a joke. Read the fine print. If you sleep in the living room there are no blinds or curtains so sun comes beaming in bright and early.

They were stunned with the views and cleanliness of the condo. The staff takes great care of you - shout out to Wes for working with my kids to deliver a surprise retirement gift for our stay. There was a surprise snow and I received an email informing of roads closed and even a phone call checking to make sure all was well with our visit. They were also helpful with alternate road information. Can't brag enough about how great the Highlands has always been - before and after the Gatlinburg fire. Will continue to go back as often as possible and recommend to everyone heading in that direction.
