You can take a refreshing dip in the community’s indoor pool, no matter the season. The pool area also features a relaxing hot tub perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking or sightseeing. During the warmer months, you’ll also have access to the seasonal outdoor pool at Cobbly Knob, where you can bask in the sun, splash with the kids, or simply float the afternoon away surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. When you’re ready to venture beyond the condo, the entertainment options are truly endless. A short drive brings you to downtown Gatlinburg, where you can stroll the Parkway lined with unique shops, local restaurants, and family-friendly attractions.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
