Avec un accÚs rapide et facile et aucune montagne escarpée à gravir, vous adorerez pouvoir passer moins de temps à conduire et plus de temps à vous amuser dans les Smokies.

DĂšs que vous entrez dans Mountain Serenity, vous ĂȘtes entourĂ© de magnifiques accents de bois naturel apaisants qui vous accueillent dans cette incroyable location de cabine Ă  Gatlinburg.

Le salon totalement relaxant comprend un mobilier en cuir somptueux, un systĂšme de jeu de style arcade pour 2 personnes, une cheminĂ©e accentuĂ©e en pierre de montagne, un superbe plafond au plafond cathĂ©drale et de grandes fenĂȘtres qui apportent la lumiĂšre naturelle et l'extĂ©rieur.

Close enough to town and far enough for peace

This was the easiest rental I've done and communications was great! Cleaning crew could be more attentive to certain areas and a few updates could be done to the property to make it overall more attractive. After locating the property after dark with GPS not able to recognize roads due to them being super close together, once we explored during day time, location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful! I will definitely rent from these property managers again!

See the summer the very nice cabin it was me my wife my daughter and my parents planning a room for the five of us all the appliances worked hot tub worked very easy to get around in pool table was a plus and the arcade system was a plus only negative is the toilet upstairs was loose from the flange and there were cobwebs on the ceiling we definitely stay here again if these were fixed

Stove fan didn’t work, two burners on stove don’t work chimney outside is rotted away, sliding glass door won’t lock, hot tub cover needs replacing, hole In the downstairs bedroom can see daylight covered with clear tape, roof leaks loveseat was all wet today called management company after we checked out but apparently they all ready new about it since on the reviews from 2021 it has been noted but I think it is the owners responsibility of keeping up maintenance on their house
 the cleaning crew not the best found pots and pans that were put back dirty and greasy

Mountain Serenity TN

I stayed I. The adjacent cabin last year. That rental company did a better job at making sure items were fixed and updated. The coach was still worn, but overall a better stay. This year’s cabin, Mountain Serenity was not as comfortable and the appliances did not make preparing our own meals easy. Here are some things that were not up to standard at our cabin: Some of the items I called about the first day or two. Pictures on the website are misleading and not an accurate representation. - Our fire place never got fixed. It needs to work during the cold days. It's part of what draws on the cabin experience. -The live seat has a tear in the cushion - Sliding back door lock is broken - Hot tub cover is very worn. - Fan above the stove is broken. - King bed is old, bends like a taco - pots and pans are old, some need to be thrown away - knives are not a full set, and one broke while I was cutting, one is about to break, they were left out for you to see (I can post a picture.) - kitchen window is difficult to close. Was left open when we arrived - only ONE wine glass, again another attribute for a mountain house - dishwasher has a broken wheel and cleans subpar - bathroom upstairs smells like sewage or algae - advertised as a "no smoking" cabin, yet there are ashtrays on each porch - bugs in picture frame; upstairs bathroom - no cutting boards in kitchen - main live room fan is loud an rickety - no cabin manual for instructions to include emergency numbers etc Suggestions: - Fix/improve the above - Comfortable seating near hot tub and in loft would be a nice addition - Night stand by both side of Ki g bed - bath mats, not just a towel to step on

Awesome Cabin!

It was a lovely cabin. It was very clean. The Colonial property staff was awesome and checked in to make sure we were okay. The cabin was near downtown Gatlinburg. My son loved the video arcade game and the pool table. We had an amazing time. We will definitely come back!

Nice stay

Finding the cabin was a bit of a challenge. It would be helpful to mention the turnoff with checkin information. It didn’t line up with the description so we kept passing it. It was fairly clean but there were a few things that could have been better. Nothing that ruined our stay though. The location was great. Close to a park and ride stop for the trolley yet far enough from downtown to be quiet. We enjoyed the the hot tub which was clean and temperature was nice. The pool table and arcade games were a bonus for the bit of downtime we had. There were ample basic supplies for our few day stay.

We very much enjoyed our time here. Everything is as pictured. Great location, comfortable beds, very clean. We slept great! There were just a few things that could use tweaking...the hot tub doesn't get very hot. It's more like a warm bath. Consequently, we weren't able to use it. Also, the thermostat had issues. We were a bit chilly and the heat wouldn't go as high as we would have preferred. The upstairs bathroom has a little mildew scent. Other than that, it was awesome! We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Experience

The cabin was spotless and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short drive to downtown. Highly recommend.

Great location, and as advertised. We didn't need anything that we typically don't already bring when traveling. We have young kids and they had a great time playing with the arcade games. We pre-made/had frozen meals that we ate at the cabin, but wasn't there much other than to eat and sleep. Was a little grossed out by stains on the bedroom comforter. Luckily we traveled with a blanket in the car. We did have to evacuate for 5 hours ish in the middle of the night due to a wildfire that popped up due to storms. Luckily we had the alerts set-up on our phones that woke us up. Never had any contact with the rental agency or the homeowner about this, as it happened or the next day. Thought they would have wanted to check-in on the property at least... Other than a little hiccup with the storms we were able to salvage the trip and had a great time.

The cabin is in a nice location and very clean. The kitchen is very poorly stocked for example only 4 forks. Decorations are very outdated. Master shower curtain liner is ripped. Needs decor updated.

Overall wonderful stay! Clean, comfortable, great location.

Check in on a few things before you arrive, as I see now previous reviewers mentioned some of these. A few fixes we recommended, but didn't greatly disturb us: The ice maker doesn't work, the upstairs headboard needs to be secured to either the wall or the bed frame, the door that goes to the porch/hot tub needs a new lock, and though they have amazing communication via text...this one we did have a hard time with: On day 1 we mentioned that our security alarm would go off at random times day/night, and we received a response right away that ADT would be out to fix it, but never received another communication after that, though we inquired throughout the week. We didn't fuss, but it was an inconvenience. It was rough waking up in the middle of the night to turn off the alarm, or coming back to the cabin with the alarm going off (who knows how long). It wasn't an alarm that alerts the police or anything, it just beeps. So make sure that's fixed before check-in! I would assume that is fixed by now. The home is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We have great memories from a wonderful week in Gatlinburg!
