Less than one mile from the heart of Gatlinburg, Mountain Blues blends romance, comfort, and a touch of playfulness. This spacious 900 sq. ft. 1-bedroom cabin sleeps two adults comfortably, with space for two more, and welcomes dogs under 50 lbs.

Cabins in the Clouds – Rental Policies

1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM (EST) and check-out is by 10:00 AM (EST).

2. Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking cabin. Smoking is permitted only outside or on the deck.

3. Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly cabin. A $110 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay.

4. Age Requirement
We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Payments may be made by credit card, traveler’s check, bank money order, or cashier’s check.

6. Cancellations

30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund, no penalty.

Less than 30 days prior to arrival: The full advance payment is forfeited.
Cancellations or early departures do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

7. Maximum Occupancy
The cabin accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
A two-night minimum stay is required.

8. Holiday & Minimum Stay Requirements
Longer minimum stays may apply during holidays.
If a stay of less than two nights is booked, the two-night rate will be charged.

9. Inclusive Fees
Rates include a one-time setup of linens and towels.
All amenity fees are included in the rental rate.

10. Housekeeping
Daily maid service is not included, but may be arranged for an additional fee.
Please do not remove towels or linens from the cabin.
Before checkout, kindly:

Load and start the dishwasher.

Dispose of all trash in the outdoor bin.
Failure to follow checkout procedures may result in an additional charge.

11. Falsified Reservations
Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of payments and denial of entry.

12. Written Exceptions
Any exceptions to these policies must be approved in writing in advance.

13. State of Emergency Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the National Weather Service declares a mandatory state of emergency in the guest’s area of residence.
In such cases, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent for guests currently registered.
b. Any unused portion of rent for guests scheduled to arrive after the emergency is lifted.
c. Any advance rents collected for arrivals during the emergency period.
