Located approximately 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg in desirable mountain community of Chalet Village. Neighborhood has 2 clubhouses with pool access during the summer. Chalet Village is known for its amazing views to the Smoky Mountains and the friendly black bears that seem to visit on a daily basis.

4x4 is recommended during winter months.

*Must be 25 years or older to book.
*Check in is at 4pm and must check out by 10am.
*We supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher soap.
*The hot tub takes 4-6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the
property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
*This cabin is in the mountains. The road to arrive is steep and windy. We recommend having 4WD, AWD, or Snow Chains during the Winter months.
*You will likely see and hear wildlife. If you see a bear during your stay do not feed it or get close to it.
*Do not leave food in the car or outside and always lock the doors. Bears know how to open your car.
*No refunds will be given for inclement weather, so please plan accordingly, including being prepared with food and all-wheel drive.
*As with all cabins in the area, the fireplace is only available to use from October 1 through April 1.
*Charcoal grill is in the driveway (for fire safety reasons) -Charcoal is not provided.
*The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK
