* Sign rental agreement and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking
* Provide names of all adult guests

* Flat driveway with space for three vehicles
* No street parking

Security Camera:
*A motion-activated Ring floodlight camera monitors the driveway only. No other cameras are on the property.

Provided Supplies:
* Fresh white linens
* Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry pods, and travel-size bath amenities
* Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays

Sleeping Capacity:
*Sleeps 6 comfortably. Please notify us in advance if your group exceeds 6.

Bedroom Layout:
*Downstairs king bedroom is open-style and connects to the kitchen and hallway.

TVs:
Smart TVs are in guest mode. Log into your own streaming accounts. No cable service.

Check-In / Check-Out:
No early check-ins or late check-outs.

Children:
Please supervise children near balconies, hot tub, and fire pit. Children under 6 are not permitted in the hot tub.

Mountain Roads:
Some resort roads are curvy and hilly, but the road to the cabin is paved and manageable.

Wildlife:
The cabin is professionally treated for pests, but this is a wooded mountain environment where bugs or wildlife may occasionally be seen.

Weather:
Mountain weather can occasionally impact roads, power, or internet. These circumstances are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Travel Insurance Recommended:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case plans change.
