Family Getaway

The cabin was great. Very clean, housekeeping is excellent. The pool table made for fun nights with our son. It's a bit tilted (unlevel) but didn't interfere with us amateurs. It's the 1st time we've stayed and planned to NOT cook since we were only there 4 days. However, if you plan on cooking meals, the kitchen is well equipped. The air-conditioning was great downstairs. The loft area seems to have a separate unit and only worked 2 of the 4 days/nights. The small but mighty fan downstairs circulated the cold air decently at night, thankfully, for my son's sake. We loved the cabin and would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was our door code not working when we arrived and it took a few minutes to get through to someone on the phone. They unlocked it for us but when we went to enjoy the town the next morning it still didn't work. We finally got the lock box reset and received a new code. We didn't have anymore issues. Again, we loved the cabin, the neighborhood and outside for pit. The pool table provided great fun as well. Highly recommend

Kids an family over all had a good time i will say though, the hot tub cover was broken and styrofoam pieces were in it as well as plastic trash. Out door fire pit lights do not work with timer remote and the bulbs on the porch are out. Fridge is dented a couple times, pool table was so un level you would hit a ball and it would roll completely to the far right side as well as a broken pocket. Upstairs floor were they had rolling bar stools they have scratched the floors to pieces upstairs. Theres a back missink to a roku remote and a ton of scratches on the tongue and groove and no door stops they have just slung open and made a nic in the wood. As someone who used to inspect properties there is just a lot of things overlooked during ours that i was scared getting charged for so i took 30 or so pictures at check-in. Also upon arrival we were on hold for 30 minutes to get a door code because the one we were given did not work.

Charged for damage we did not do!

The cabin was ok, not the cleanest that we’ve stayed in. Had issues with WiFi and reached out for help. Did not receive a return text until the next day. We thought it finally started working and it never did. Then a week after we left we received an email saying we’ve been charged 175 for a damaged cabinet door and a stain on a weathered sofa. Needless to say I wouldn’t stay with them. We didn’t even go in the cabinets and hardly sat on any sofa. We travel a lot and stay many cabins. This is our worst experience yet. I’m sure they will reply with something saying that’s their policy. But everything in this cabin was built cheap. Worst I’ve experienced in any place I have stayed. Would not recommend.

Gatlinburg Family Vacation

The cabin and views are beautiful. The check in/check out process was fairly easy. It’s in a great location, close to the Smokey Mountains and Gatlinburg. However, be sure to bring towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters, and dish soap! Also, inquire about the coffee pot because it was broken for our stay.

Old pictures do not tell complete story

The property looks similar to what you see. Unfortunately looks can be deceiving. The pool table is my biggest complaint. The table otslef is in such a state a disrepair that its unplayable. The ceiling fans need dusted severely. Cobwebs abound inside. For what we got upon arrival we were charged excesive rates. Other rating are very high but I cannot in good conscience leave anything higher than I did.

Beautiful Cabin

My family and I loved the cabin, perfect location to enjoy the national park, downtown Gatlinburg and a quick trip into Pigeon Forge for dinner at The Old Mill. We even had a harmless visit from a black bear one evening.

Unplugged

Our Wifi and TVs didn’t work but we still made the most of it with the amazing view and the pool table. The management was great and offered us a gift certificate for the trouble shooting with the TVs and wifi. It was a great vacation!

High in mountain

It was a nice place however the hot tub only stayed clean for 48 hours after that it was cloudy and a film was around the tub. The deck was gorgeous . However I would recommend trimming trees to see the mountain view to get the full effect you have to stand in driveway

A Peaceful Retreat

The View for the win!

This 2 bedroom cabin had an amazing view of the mountains. Either from the wrap around deck to the game room view! You felt like you were in the mountains! The property was well maintained and was fully stocked of all the essentials. Would easily stay here again!

Cabin was very nice. A little more attention to cleaning and it would of gotten the cabin 5 stars easily. We had to move and trim some limbs that were cut and left laying on the side of driveway so the vehicles wouldn't get scratched. Hopefully we left it cleaner than when we arrived. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Wonderful, Relaxing Stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was clean and well maintained. The cabin was beautiful. Our son arranged for the trip as a surprise so that we could get away and relax. We don’t get to travel very much and this was perfect! We enjoyed a very quiet and relaxing few days. Would choose to do this again!
