Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire condo during your stay, except for a locked closet in the bedroom where supplies are stored. Keyless entry makes check in and checkout a breeze. Prior to check in, you will receive a pre-arrival message containing important check in information, including directions and an access code for the electronic deadbolt.

The Neighborhood:
Deer Ridge Mountain Resort is located in the heart of the beautiful Cobbly Nob area, east of downtown Gatlinburg. The Cobbly Nob area is not only scenic but also well-maintained, consisting mostly of log cabin rentals. The roads leading up to Deer Ridge are paved. A short section of road (less than one mile) just before entering the resort is steep and curvy, but otherwise in good condition and should present no travel issues.

Our full set of policies can be found lower on the page, but here are a few important ones:

▪ Please provide the first and last names of all guests when submitting a booking, plus tell us a little something about your stay and what brings you to the area. We are careful about who we rent to and like to get to know our guests.
▪ All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (we check this when in doubt).
▪ Firewood for the fireplace is not provided
▪ Check in is 4pm or later, checkout is by 10am.
▪ No smoking inside or out.
▪ The resort HOA does not allow pets

Interaction with Guests:
We will be your point of contact up to and throughout your stay. We share with booked guests our best contact number for calling and messaging, or we can be reached through Vrbo messaging as well. A digital house manual you’ll be given access to contains information about amenities, important phone numbers, checkout procedures, etc.
