As our guest you will have access to three clubhouses that offer pools, game room, fitness center, tennis courts, and playground. Our inviting back deck offers a space perfect for a quiet morning of coffee and relaxation. Enjoy tranquility and convenience in this delightful mountain escape.

NOTE: Our unit in on the ground floor and you must walk down stairs in order to access the unit, about 39 steps going down to the property. There are no elevators in the building.

Our Space:
This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo measures in at over 1,050 sq. ft. It is located just 0.8 miles from the entrance of Ober Gatlinburg, 2.7 miles from the Gatlinburg strip and 1.8 miles from the Smoky Mountain National Park entrance. We strive for comfort at our mountain condo and we are sure you will not be disappointed.

Entrance:
We are on the first floor and there are about 39 steps down stairs to access the front door. Our condo has a keyless door lock with your own code that works for the duration of your stay. No more worrying about losing keys or coordinating pick-up and drop-off! Free parking is included with your stay with plenty of parking spaces.

Kitchen:
This space features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave oven, crock pot, utensils, dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, grilling utensils, toaster, pitchers to make your favorite drinks and of course a Keurig. Starter coffee pods and tea packets are provided to get your stay started. We also have a coffee bar with your choice of coffee flavors to choose from. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for you to use.

Dining Room/Living Room:
The dining table offers seating for 6 guests. There is seating for 2 more guests at the kitchen bar. In the cozy living room, you will find a large queen sleeper sofa with 2 comfortable accent chairs. For your entertainment, there is a 43" 4k smart television. We have also added a Nintendo Switch for your enjoyment! You will find a basket under the end table that contains several board games for your family to enjoy.

Back Deck:
There is a covered private back deck outside where you'll find a table and seating for six. Sit back and relax while listening to the birds, watching for bears and taking in the spectacular views. We offer an electric grill on the patio.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, 40" smart HD TV and en suite full bathroom with a spa like shower and all the different settings. In the closet you will find all the linens for the sofa bed, a high chair and pack and play for the kids, as well as extra blankets. From this bedroom you have access to the balcony and the views outside.

Second Bedroom:
Thie beautiful bedroom offers a Queen bed and Twin/Twin bunk bed and is equipped with a 40" smart HD TV. It shares the hallway full bathroom. This bathroom is furnished with a spa like shower as well. The door to the hallway can be closed to enjoy another en suite bedroom, just like having a second master bedroom.

Other Amenities:
We want your stay to be as easy as possible! So, we have provided the essentials for you to begin your vacation including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, K-cup coffee pods, creamer and sugar, hair dryers, q-tips, cotton balls, disposable razors, disposable toothbrushes, and make-up removers.

You will also have access to the Chalet Village amenities which includes three different pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, game rooms, concessions, playground, and workout room. The closest clubhouse is the Upper Alpine, which is located directly on site! You will enjoy a great pool, splash pad, and game room. POOLS ARE OPEN MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY and tennis courts are open year round. Check the welcome guide for pool closures as each pool has designated days (Tuesday or Wednesday) closed for cleaning and maintenance.

There is a convenient market one mile down the road called "The Village Market" in case you need something without going back to town. You will have access to our high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note that cell reception can be spotty in the mountains.

This is a non-smoking property. $500 fine for smoking inside the condo.

ACCESSIBILITY
Our condo is located near the top of the mountain with great views and scenery along the way. The road to the building is a winding mountain road like most roads that lead to spectacular places. It is paved and marked well for easier navigation, please be aware and drive safely!

BEAR AWARENESS
We have a family of bears that live in the area. They make daily trips to and from the property. They are not aggressive but they are wild animals so you should give them space and never feed them.

-Don't allow children to take trash to the dumpster unsupervised
