Welcome to our 3-story cabin in Chalet Village, just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 20 minutes from Dollywood. Features include 2 king suites, a bunk room with nearby full bath, and a half bath downstairs. Enjoy a pool table, arcade game, and TV on the lower level, plus a 5 person hot tub on the deck with stunning mountain views that is perfect for couples, families, or friends exploring the Smokies.

Main Floor
The main floor has a beautiful open concept living area with a Smart TV and electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for your group a breeze, with seating for 8 at the table and 4 more at the bar. This level includes two full bathrooms, a bunk room with a full over queen bed and Smart TV, and a king suite with its own ensuite and Smart TV. Step out onto the main deck to enjoy outdoor dining, a firepit, and views of Mt Le Conte.

Lower Level
The game room is equipped with a pool table, Smart TV, and bar seating for 3. This floor also has a half bath, queen sleeper sofa, full size washer/dryer, and access to the lower deck with a 5-person hot tub and more outdoor seating.

Upper Level
The private primary suite features a king size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom.

Out front, you’ll find a park style charcoal grill.

Extra Perks
As our guest, you’ll enjoy access to Chalet Village’s three clubhouses with seasonal pools (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis, pickleball, and more . A clubhouse pass hangs on a lanyard by the fridge, please return it before checkout. Four pickleball paddles and balls are provided in the kitchen pantry, please return them after use.

Less than 10 minutes away, the Gatlinburg Welcome Center offers free parking and a free trolley into town.

Airport: McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 1-hour drive to our cabin and is recommended for Smokies travel.

Access: The front door features an electronic keypad. Before check-in, you'll receive a unique door code, eliminating the need for key exchanges.

Roads: The road to the cabin is paved and can be narrow and curvy in a few areas. Though snow is rare, in winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service can be spotty, so we advise downloading offline maps prior to travel.

Parking: Space for 3 cars is available directly behind the cabin.

Age: All guests must be 25 or older, except for children with their parents.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8 persons, including children and infants.

Security Camera: For your safety, a security camera is installed near the main entry. Tampering will result in eviction.

Smoking: Our cabin is strictly non-smoking/vaping.

Weather: No refunds are provided for weather-related issues. Travel insurance is recommended.

Hot Tub: Our hot tub accommodates 5 adults. Rules apply; use at your own risk.

Outdoor Grill: A park style, charcoal grill is located outside. Please clean after use.

Trash: Dispose of liquids in the sink. Trash bags should be secured in bearproof containers provided.

Critters: Monthly pest control is in place but expect wildlife. Bear safety guidelines are posted.

Pets: Pets are not allowed due to allergies.

Check-in/Check-out: Standard times apply; 4pm Check-In, 10am Check-Out

Starter Pack: We provide a few essentials to start your stay such as dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. We also provide a few bags of coffee, K-Cups, cream, and sugar to get you started. Salt, pepper, cooking spray, charcoal, and lighter fluid will also be provided. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, and zip-lock bags are not provided.
