INDOOR POOL + HOT TUBS
The cabin offers a year-round indoor pool along with two hot tubs for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. During the summer season, guests also have access to the community pool. To access the community pool, you'll find the pool pass conveniently hanging on the hooks by the front door. Enjoy refreshing swims and soak up the sun during your stay with our pool amenities.

THEATER & GAME ROOM
Movie enthusiasts can indulge in the theater room which features plush reclining couches, cozy blankets, pillows, an 8-foot screen, surround sound, and an exceptional cinematic experience. The game room includes arcade games and an 8-foot pool table for added entertainment.

KITCHEN & DINING
Our kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to satisfy your culinary needs. You'll have access to 2 refrigerators, stove, oven, microwave, and 2 dishwashers, making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. Start your day right with a fresh cup of coffee from the coffee maker, and toast up your favorite breakfast treats with the toaster.

LIVING ROOM
Our well-appointed living room offers a comfortable and entertaining space for your stay. You'll find a television with cable channels, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows and movies. For gaming enthusiasts, we provide video games and a game room with a pool table, ensuring hours of fun and entertainment. Additionally, smart TV's are available for your convenience.

BEDROOMS
Each of the five king bedrooms comes with its own private bathroom, and one of the bedrooms includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed. On the top floor, there is a twin day bed with a trundle, along with two queen sofa beds. All televisions are equipped with Spectrum cable and streaming capabilities.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on one of the three expansive decks while taking in stunning peak-a-boo views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The primary deck includes a TV and a fireplace (usable between November and March). Fire up the outdoor grill and savor delicious meals in the fresh air, and enjoy outdoor dining at the picnic table.

PARKING
We offer free parking on the premises for your convenience. At the cabin, there is ample parking space available for 4-6 vehicles. Please ensure that you park only on the designated asphalt parking area and refrain from parking on the gravel or the street.

GOOD TO KNOW
Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted.
We do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

The house was great. We did have a crazy amount of snow and wished there had been a snow shovel available to dig out. I also wish that we knew in advance that you have to pay for all the games. The cabin was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. However, the kitchen did not have a carafe for the drip side of the Keurig coffee maker, very limited baking dishes, no storage for leftovers, no hot pads for dishes coming out of the oven and no hand mixer per a previous communication. Some of the games were not working. We still had a wonderful visit, but were disappointed that above items were an issue.

We were a group of 20 and loved our stay here in the smokey mountains. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Hot tub was great. You have it all here - game room, pool table, air hockey, grill, arcade games, movie theater and spacious area in the living room for the group to relax.

The cabin is everything we expected and more. There was 13 of us ranging in ages from 4-67 and there was something for everyone. Any issue we had was resolved very quickly. On our last morning we seen a momma bear and 3 cubs. Perfect way to end our great vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

I don’t believe the listing does this cabin & the owners justice. It was amazing & so clean. The owners have gone above and beyond providing extras for our use. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place for a large group. We also had a visiting bear the first day as soon as we arrived. I think he was welcoming us!

Perfect

After reviewing several cabins in Gatlinburg, I chose this cabin. It had everything I was looking for, for a family of 11 with all age groups. The cabin was at the end of the road so plenty of privacy, the game room supplied plenty of evening fun for the entire family. It was well stocked with supplies and there was plenty of room in the cabin, so we were not on top of each other. The hosts responded quickly if we had any questions. Also, the cabin was not far from any place we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this cabin for your next adventure.

Amazing cabin with tons of entertainment!!

We had a great stay at Bear Moon Rising with so much space for our family of 20 guests ranging from 9 months old to 73 years old! The pool was great to have right in the basement, along with the community pool that was a short drive away. The pool table and air hockey table got used a ton too! We wished the second racing game would have worked so we could race against someone else, but we had lots of fun with the one racing game that was working!The owners stocked lots of toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, etc so we didn’t have to use a lot of our own stuff, if at all!Take the precautions about bears seriously, as we saw bears right by the property 3 times!! One went right to the grill that we had used the night before so clean it well including the grease trap. Lock your doors!!!It was amazing to see them up close though. We would 10/10 book this property again! Jaime replied very quickly when We had questions too. Thanks so much!

80th Birthday Getaway

Cabin was beautiful, clean, spacious, and work great for out getaway with the girls. Owners are quick to respond to questions and great hosts. Did see 1 bear while out walking but just turn the other way and no issues. Highly recommend for any large group.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Bear Moon Rising. Very well stocked and very clean. The space was great. We appreciated the double dishwashers and fully stocked kitchen. Also, the kids enjoyed the game room and indoor pool. The proximity to downtown was great. Overall, good place to stay. We would book again!

Wonderful house for large families

House is beautiful. Listing is accurate. driveway is a little steep. Plenty of plates, utensils, cups, mugs and glasses to accommodate large families. Having dual refrigerators, dishwashers, and hot tubs was great. Beds were comfortable. Location to Gatlinburg was nice. Deck space was wonderful.

Great place.

We had a great time here. The grandkids loved the pool, games and theater room. House included many extras. For example plenty of dishwasher pods, soap, garbage bags etc. Jamie is quick to respond with any questions. We were snowed/iced in and she contacted her HOA. They came with shovels. Thanks for a great time.

Great Cabin and lots of room!

We really enjoyed ourselves at the cabin. I would have given an overall 5 stars but the arcade games in the basement didn't work. The driving/racing games only work a few times. Very Disappointed - that was one key factor we booked this cabin. Pool alarms were annoying - but know it's TN law, but going in/out of the pool room you literally had 5 seconds to shut the door behind you or alarm would sound. The basement was very cold also (would recommend a space heater or something while people are down there). We really enjoyed the hot tubs and all the room we had in the house (we had 20 people). My only other concern was how steep the hill is coming down to the house. We did fine when it snowed/sleeted (they had bins with rock salt/ice melt) and we were fine with our vehicles but if we stayed a long period, we ran out (on day 3). Just a precaution.

Gatlinburg Mountain Home for large family

The house is in a great location. Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics plenty of utensils and plates etc., the only problem is when grilling outside in the evening there’s not enough light on the deck. My biggest complaint was when we got there the main floor was chilly after messing with the thermostat discovered it wasn’t working. Called the hosts and a repair person couldn’t get there until next day so our first night was miserable as it got cold on the main floor. . Found out the next day that the breaker wasn’t on I think property manager should check to make sure before guests arrive that everything is working. My family loved the hot tubs, which were a hit and indoor pool. We did struggle with getting the TV’s all setup it would be nice to have a specific instruction booklet as not all people are up on the latest technology of streaming etc. we were provided a manual online but it didn’t address the issue. Another thing was that the games in the game room didn’t always work, and the pool cues at the pool table need fixed as no ends on them. Otherwise The house was great for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids.

Amazing Experience

This property was just perfect for our extended Thanksgiving. It was clean, well equipped, had plenty of space and parking for everyone, and the pool, jacuzzis, game room and theater kept our crew entertained while still enjoying being together in the home. It had plenty of indoor space and parking. It was close to Gatlinburg and the beautiful outdoor life of the Smokey Mountains. Very well appointed and beautifully decorated. The owners even had it decorated for the holidays. We reached out to the owners a few times before and after the stay and each time they were helpful and responded quickly. The neighborhood the property is in is also very beautiful. It accommodated Our family very nicely.
