Our stay was fantastic. The amenities at the resort were great. There was a nice waterpark and three pools to hang out at. My kids also enjoyed the arcade. We ate at the restaurant on property twice and both times the food was excellent. I used the fitness center once. There was not much equipment like most hotel/resort gyms so I found it much easier to run outside and enjoy the view. The views at the resort were amazing. We were looking forward to Anakeestaâs views and learned that the views from around our unit were better. We played the complementary mini golf a couple of times. A smaller course, but still fun. There were also fun activities at the activity center everyday. We made candles for 10 and played an escape room for 25 for our group of four. The one issue with amenities was the shuttle service. Sometimes the shuttles would seem to come one right after another and other times we would wait 20-30 minutes. Our room was plenty spacious for a family of four for a week and we were able to make most of our breakfasts and lunches in our unit. Everything was clean. It was also really nice to have a washer and dryer. The view from the balcony was very niceCheck-in was frustrating at the resort. We waited in line for over an hour and then learned there was a problem with our room. We had to stay in a one bedroom unit for a night and then move which was inconvenient. We received a resort credit from the resort and our host for our inconvenience.
