Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a tranquil sense of privacy. The private drive, less than a mile from downtown Gatlinburg, winds you through the acreage with opportunities for private hiking and exploring.. The flat, paved parking area provides generous space for multiple vehicles, ensuring easy unloading. A park-style grill is available for outdoor cooking—just remember to bring charcoal for your barbeque enthusiast. Comfortable seating surrounds a striking stone gas fireplace (operational from Oct. 1 through Feb. 28) and a flatscreen TV. Adjacent to the living area, the dining and kitchen space invites shared meals and lively game nights. The dining table seats six, with a breakfast bar accommodating two more. Large windows frame lush woodland views, creating a picturesque backdrop. The fully-equipped kitchen showcases marble countertops, modern slate appliances, a double sink, and ample cookware and utensils, making dining at home effortless. Early risers will appreciate the traditional coffee maker.



Just around the corner, a king bedroom suite offers a plush bed, dresser, and flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom is both spacious and refined, featuring a copper soaking tub and a walk-in shower.



Step outside onto the main level’s wraparound deck, where you’ll find outdoor seating, a dining table, and classic rocking chairs—the ideal spot to unwind and soak in the serene mountain landscape.
