Not luxury as described.

The only thing luxurious about the property is the space. The property is poorly maintained (loose/broken doorknobs; loose/missing cabinet hardware; non working lamps; broken down furniture
. The list could get long if I took the time to include all). Check in was after 7 pm because we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Which was NOT clean. It is time for a deep cleaning- light and pictures are caked in dirt/dust; no sheets on 4 of the beds ( with comforters from pictures on bed so I have the impression these aren’t changed often; cigarette butts in buckets- fake eyelashes and hair ties from previous guests on bathroom counter—again could make a long list. The kitchen is minimally stocked- only 8 plates/ bowls for a cabin that sleeps many more so bring your own paper products. The communication is fine and fairly quick during the reservation process but when we were having trouble- they don’t answer the phones or texts requiring email only communication. I can’t adequately express our disappointment in this cabin. We travel often and have stayed in many locally in the past but this is by far the most dirty and least luxurious of all. ,During the booking process we read many good reviews. It was only after our issues that I read Yelp reviews and saw how many others have the same issues. It is sad that this cabin has been so neglected. Disappointed overall and am now looking for somewhere else for next years family stay.

Beautiful location

Perfect location if you enjoy being off the beaten path and enjoy seeing nature. We saw bears just about every single day and everything felt very secluded. House was a great size for us and our extended family. We felt cleanliness could have been a little better but we didn't let it deter us from still having a wonderful time. Would definitely book with this company again!

Heavenly Heights

The property was perfect for our family. The views were spectacular from all 3 decks. The fire pit was enjoyed and it was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house and there were plenty of kitchen essentials. Maintenance came within hours to fix an issue we had. Communication was excellent with the staff at Rlk Springs Resort. Would highly recommend Heavenly Heights for a wonderful time.

This mountain property is wonderful, very spacious with wonderful views. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. We even had a few bear sightings. Would highly recommend this property for a larger family vacation!

Heavenly Heights

Overall Heavenly Heights was a fine place for a family gathering or group event. A couple of comments: 1. There are not enough forks and only table spoons with no teaspoons at all. 2. We only needed one item of maintenance which was handled immediately. 3. Extremely slow internet service is frustrating. The views were spectacular. Our car was hit on the hill road and had to be towed...not the unit's fault but something to consider.

Thirtieth Birthday Ski Trip

Amazing time on this property. Perfect amount of space for 10 people! We had the best time staying in both nights enjoying the hot tub and the fire pit! Highly recommend this cabin, we will be back!

Amazing time!

Customer service is something people usually write about when they want to complain. The customer service for this property is extraordinary and deserves great accolade! They called when we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. When we had a minor issue with the projector they sent someone out right away and then they called us again to make sure we were happy with the maintenance work. We made some lifelong memories, my sons learned to play pool and played in snow! The WiFi did not have a strong signal, but hey, you’re in the mountains. Enjoy it!! Beautiful cabin with lots of space! Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful view. Heating and cooling not enough for square footage. It was very hot in some places and cold in others. This was noted as well from previous guests back in 2017 in the cabins guest book. The bathrooms were dirty, parts missing on faucets. The big picture windows looking at the beautiful view were filthy. We understand of course paying a cleaning fee, we are asked to clean dishes, run dishwasher, take out our trash. But we expected it to be clean and not an envelope asking for a tip. The downstairs rec room was so cold, could not stay down there. Never could get projector to work and the WiFi did not work well. The carpet throughout was nasty and a tripping hazard because of wrinkles in the carpet. The carpet was also noted to being nasty in the guest book from previous years. The living room and kitchen were nice and tastefully decorated for Christmas. Early checkout of 10:00, 9:00 for those on central time however, day of check in was that we may need to make other plans because cabin may not be ready by check in time of 3:00. They said we would receive a text by 2:30 if it was going to be ready. This detail was not sent until the day we are on our way. This is all a shame because such a pretty location but a disappointment and not fair to guests.

Spacious Family Getaway

Our family of 13 throughly enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Heights. The layout of the bedrooms gave each of us our own space yet were easily accessible to the common areas on each floor. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a definite bonus! The decks are spacious and offered a variety of seating and gathering spots and the views were amazing!! Now some cons: the deck rockers didn't match and a couple were in need of repair. There is no access to the yard and fire pit from the lower deck, you have to walk from the front door around to the back. Four of the doors that access the decks are hard to open. The bathrooms could use some updating and minor repairs. Overall we loved the place and would definitely rent it again!
