Relax at our gorgeous two-level cabin (sleeps 10!) that is nestled in the mesmerizing forest setting of Gatlinburg. With easy access to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GSMNP), Pigeon Forge, and Ober Gatlinburg Ski Park, our lodge is ideally located for the vacation of your dreams.

As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a blend of comfort, style and convenience. When decorating this inviting retreat, we worked hard to create a feeling of immediately being right at home.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

IMPORTANT: Construction is currently happening across the street from the property. While we strive to provide a peaceful experience, we want to be transparent to avoid any surprises during your stay.

The property was very nice. We had issues initially with the water pressure and getting the upstairs bathroom shower to work. it was however fixed promptly once we reported it.

I will not stay here again! First impression was the pictures were deceiving, the porch was not as big as it seemed, or the cabin itself. The road up to the cabin was 3-4 miles, which was not listed, which it should have been in my opinion, for those who do not like driving those roads. We checked in on a Saturday, walked around the cabin, and noticed the blinds were ripped, the shelf in the fridge was cracked, and the hallway bathroom had a sink that was disconnected from the wall. I let the owner know. Sunday, we noticed the side porch light was not working, so it was a safety issue at night walking up to the porch and door. The toilet did not flush as it was not getting water to the tank, so we had to add water to it to flush it, and the upstairs shower would cut on and off during the shower. I let the owner know, and he said he would send someone out to fix. Monday, we let the owner know that there was no water pressure in the entire cabin basically and no hot water in the kitchen. The owner said he would send someone out, but not sure when, and we could not take showers. I noticed the water was running to the toilet, so I cut it off, and it helped the water pressure elsewhere. Let the owner know I had cut it off, and it was still off when we got back hours later, so that tells me nobody came by to check it out. Cut the water back on, and the water was running again, and all pressure had left elsewhere.I had asked for money back forthe stay and was ignored.

The cabin was great there was a problem that the front porch light wasn’t working so it was dark and had to use phone light to see to put in code to get in the door. The cabin was great and was peaceful. Me and my family love it. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Great trip overall

Like the title says, it was a good trip. Cabin was clean except for some mouse poop in one of the closets. I believe the master bath/washer dryer room. A pack and play was shown in pictures but was not there. And to my knowledge, there was no adjusting the AC so the loft futon area was consistently hot. Pictures are a litte deceiving as well but overall it was great

Great Cabin!

Overall, we loved it here! We did have trouble with the lock code checking in and on one other occasion, but we were able to get assistance, and everyone was very helpful. The cabin itself was very clean, cozy, and family friendly. Plenty of closet space, kitchen storage, bathrooms. The outdoor space is nice. It’s up in the mountains, so understand you’ll be driving on windy roads. Overall, a really lovely home, and it made our vacation a fantastic one.

Major issues

I have never left a bad review of a property before but seriously, this one earned it. The listing was not fully accurate. It shows a lovely mountain view. I am sure it was. Several years ago. The view now is so overgrown you can't see it anymore. The listing says it had a charcoal grill, the communication received stated propane. It's charcoal and old and rusting out. The lock on the door is the most convoluted lock I've ever used. The hotel beds were not terrible, thin and hard, not luxurious like they implied. They have mice. Which ran around at night. When I contacted them they said, we know, we will send out someone after you check out. The washer would have been lovely, having spent days on the river. However, the water is leaking, like spraying out of the wall leaking unless you turn off the source at the wall. I contacted the property they claimed no knowledge, but the water source had been turned off, so someone had to have known. They told me to just turn the water off and on as needed as to not damage the property any more, and then thanked me for being accommodating. There is a large hole in the bathroom wall from water damage, and the tp holder in the bathroom was just on the floor, with you guessed it another hole. The large soaking tub, it was so tiny. the road up to this place. Wow! It's an adventure every time. Oh and the power went out leaving us with no water, great times!

Great weekend in the mountains

The pictures surely do not do this place justice. My family and I had a great time here. The cabin was clean, the owners are very responsive, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably in (3 King size beds, a futon, and a sofa bed), the hot tub actually works, and there’s enough space to park 3-4 cars. There are board games, books for all ages, an arcade game and baby gear (play pin, high chair, baby gate, etc.) for the little ones. Everything in the house was fully functional.You could tell that the owners are very thoughtful and care about the guests having a great experience. The drive to downtown isn’t bad at all maybe like 10-15 minutes. You have 2 community pools to choose from.Do not leave your car windows down or your car unlocked. My sister-in-law left her car windows down with an open bag of chips and we were visited by a bear. That was the only time we saw one during our 3 day stay.

The pictures of this property truely do not do it justice! The location was absolutely breathtaking and the home was super inviting and just all around cozy. The home owner was absolutely wonderful ensuring our vacation was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation 2025

Booking and check-in process very easy. Communication with property manager very prompt. While we did enjoy our vacation, there were aspects that we did not enjoy. We noticed a ceiling fan was not working, communicated with the property manager and was told an electrician would be out. The electrician never showed up. Clothes were left from previous vacationers, Cobwebs were hanging from the lights in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes completely, nor did it dry. There was a hole in the main bathroom and missing trim in the kitchen. The pullout sofas were not clean. The photos of the pool looked very beautiful and clean, when we arrived the pool was very dated as tiles were cracked, coming off, and the water was dirty. Easy fixes but for the price of everything, we did expect a clean cabin with everything working properly.

Great stay!

This place was great for everyone involved. The kids loved the games, the arcade system, and location. Great space in each room. Easy for my fiancĂ©s 85 year old grandmother to move around. We all loved the hot tub. Didn’t get to grill due to the high winds plus being gone the only two full days we were there. We would definitely stay again for longer next time.

The property is NOT what is presented in the pics. The cabin was dirty, there was what appeared to be birthday cake or donuts smeared on the living room wall, and furniture. The hot tub is not functional
the lid is damaged and allows debris and dirt to get in. The jets are about as powerful as blowing through a drinking straw and only one side works. The toilets don’t flush well and the showers are a trickle. The outside table is not suitable to sit a drink on and needs to be replaced. There was a huge hairball in the shower. The internet is spotty at best. We complained and the owner offered to have someone come clean, but we were only there for 2 nights and we just cleaned it ourselves. We weren’t going to have someone come in with all our belongings there while out.

This cabin is up in The Smokies as my daughtes said. The Cabin was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids. Beautiful views and overall great place to spend the week with the family.
