We were visiting the Gatlinburg area for the first time, and received a whopping 20" of snow during our stay! The cabin was nice and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub during the snow. The cabin was nice and clean. We found the bed to be a bit hard for our liking, but managed fine. Communication with Elk Springs was very good and we would definitely stay here again

It was an easy drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
