Standard bookings include accommodations for up to 16 overnight guests. This gives your group exclusive access to three beautifully appointed cabins and shared gathering spaces throughout the property.

For groups larger than 16 or those hosting gatherings involving outside visitors, please review the event guidelines below.

Your booking includes access to the Lodge Gathering Space, a warm and inviting area designed for group relaxation, casual dining, or shared moments.

Planning a wedding, retreat, party, or corporate event?
Any reservation exceeding 16 guests or involving non-registered visitors is considered an event and requires separate event pricing and agreements.

If you're booking more than 6 months in advance, Susan will reach out within 24 hours to discuss event-specific options and requirements. If you do not hear from her, please be sure to contact Susan @ TX Retreat during your 48-hour free cancellation period, as some events require additional policies and procedures.

Please note: To give you the best possible experience, our professional management team requires a mandatory Guest Portal to that allows you to access the house. As a part of the booking process you will be given the choice between a damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit hold. You are welcome to choose either option! Whichever is most convenient for you.
