Welcome to the Gams holiday flat! The modern new flat is the ideal starting point for discovery tours and a comfortable retreat to recharge your batteries.

In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this holiday flat with bedroom and bathroom offers enough space for 2 people. The high-quality furnishings in simple colours, combined with bright rooms and rustic old wood, give the flat an alpine charm.

The flat is located on the first floor and offers a spacious furnished balcony where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air or enjoy a few hours of sunshine.

An open living and dining area with integrated kitchenette forms the heart of the flat. An inviting seating area with corner bench allows you to sit together comfortably at the dining table. A sofa set provides the perfect place to put your feet up or watch entertainment on the flat-screen TV. The sofa is also extendable and can thus be converted into an additional sleeping place.

The kitchen shines in a simple, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and all other common utensils needed for cooking.

Adjacent to the living area is a bathroom with ground-level shower and a bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed.

To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in the drying room in the cellar. You share this room only with the adjacent flat "Hirsch". There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you can use a washing machine and a dryer.

Vacation on four legs - You are welcome to bring your pet to this accommodation for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We charge €15.00/night per pet.

The flat Gams is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.
