Welcome to the apartment "Cara"!

The apartment "Cara" is located near the centre of Garmisch in a newly built apartment building. On 123 square meters, up to 4 people will find a temporary home!

The apartment includes an underground parking space, from which you can easily take the elevator to the apartment on the 1st floor.

After entering the apartment, you immediately realize what is so special about the apartment. Modern art meets tradition here. The spacious living room has an open kitchen as well as a separate area with dining table.

Whether you want to put your feet up and enjoy the gigantic Mountain View, or spend a cosy evening by the fireplace in winter: Both are easily possible here. The large window front brings sufficient light into the apartment at all times and should it be dark for a longer period of time, electric shutters are available in all rooms. Cold feet we do not even allow, because all rooms have underfloor heating!

Also, for a perfect catering everything is prepared: The modern kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances. Whether you prefer to make your coffee in the morning with the capsule machine from DeLonghi or in the original way with the filter machine, you can decide for yourself!

The apartment has two bedrooms. Both are equipped with a double bed, a closet, alarm clock and radio and full-length mirror. In one of the bedrooms you will also find a safe in the closet as well as an additional TV.

The apartment has two bathrooms. One of them is located next to one of the bedrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with towel dryers. The modern showers are at ground level! The bathroom which is attached to one of the bedrooms has a large rain shower head in addition to the normal shower head.

In good weather you can sit comfortably on the circular balcony. Balcony furniture as well as sun loungers are available. A large parasol provides enough shade. You have access to the balcony from both bedrooms! The view of the Garmisch mountains is fantastic! This is a non-smoking apartment, dogs are allowed for an additional fee, Wi-Fi and underground parking can be used free of charge.

Vacation on four legs - You are welcome to bring your pet to this accommodation for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We charge €15.00/night per pet.
