Located in a quiet side street, and with the Olympic ski jump and the entrance to the Partnachklamm gorge not far away, this flat not only offers relaxing accommodation for up to four people hungry for time out, but also an ideal starting point for short or long discovery tours in and around Garmisch-Partenkrichen.

In the open-plan living room you will find a cosy seating area with comfortable sofa, armchair and flat-screen TV to relax in, and an inviting dining table to sit together in comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the flat and allow direct access to the sunny terrace.

The modern kitchenette is open to the living room and fully equipped. Here you will find a refrigerator, cooker and oven as well as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the usual cooking utensils that belong to a well-equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms each offer you a comfortable double bed and restful dreams. Wardrobes provide ample storage space and flat-screen TVs provide the necessary entertainment here as well.

The bright daylight bathroom is equipped with a glazed, ground-level shower, washbasin and WC. In addition, the flat has a separate guest WC.

In the basement there is a communal laundry room where you will find your own washing machine and dryer for free use.

The flat also has its own underground parking space. A communal storage room in the underground garage, as well as a bicycle shed next to the house offer you a safe place to store your bicycles.

The BergZeit flat is located with another holiday flat in the same house and can be combined with the neighbouring Chalet Wild flat on request for larger travel groups or families.
