The property is perfectly located just 5 minutes from KC Wine Co & Cidery, where you can enjoy wine tastings or their seasonal pumpkin patch. If youâre into golf, the Gardner Golf Course is only a 1-minute drive away. And of course, Gardner Lake is right outside your door, offering endless opportunities for outdoor fun and relaxation.Gardner is conveniently located just outside of the Kansas City metro, making it an easy destination to access from surrounding areas. Hereâs a quick guide to getting around:
Gardner is about a 12-minute drive from Olathe and 20 minutes from Overland Park, areas that offer a variety of attractions, including parks, restaurants, and the beautiful Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens. Additionally, Gardner is just 30 minutes from downtown Kansas City, making it an easy drive to explore the vibrant heart of the city, including Crown Center, Union Station, Nelson Atkins, restaurants, and sports venues.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet timesâ 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located at the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. This is in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stayâ we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless itâs necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
