Yellowstone Retreat Rentals U3: two blocks from Yellowstone!

Welcome to Yellowstone Retreat Rentals! Built in 2021, our two bedroom one bathroom apartments carry all the necessities you need to visit Yellowstone. The apartment is located only four blocks from the historic Roosevelt Arch, the North Entrance to Yellowstone. We are also located a few blocks from Arch Park, which provides grills, a gazebo and picnic tables, and the neighborhood elk that tend to hang out there. With our convenient location, you will also be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. We have BRAND NEW MATTRESSES delivered in April of 2025.
As mentioned above, each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a laundry room, washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided (nice for those guests who have been traveling for a bit!). There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide extra blankets, pillows, and sheet sets for the sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, as well as hairdryer and towels provided. We have a full kitchen with a full size oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the basic kitchen essentials are provided along with dish soap. You cannot carry bear spray on the airplane, which is why we provide it for you! It is located above the microwave in the kitchen. Parking in Gardiner can be a struggle - not here! There is one parking spot per unit provided, right in front of the building. There is also a paved handicapped spot right in front of our ADA unit for those in need of it.

Some important things to note :
*We DO NOT provide cable TV. We have Smart TVs and you have the ability to log in to any streaming service you carry. We have the best WIFI plan available to accommodate our working travelers and those who want to relax with a movie after a long day in the park.
*Our air conditioning unit (our AC is not central air) is located in the living room, and tower fans are provided in the closet of each bedroom.
*If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend getting a top floor unit. We worked with our contractor to do all we can to prevent noise transference, but these are apartments with two upper units, and two lower units. We also enforce quiet time from 10pm-7am, and no parties are allowed at our apartment.
*For our ADA unit: The countertops and cabinets are lower, and there is no under sink storage in the bathroom or kitchen to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs.

We are a small family business, and love what we do. We take great pride in our business, and want to provide each guest with a 5 star experience! Unit 3 is in the "Gray Building". When looking at the building, it's the top floor unit on the left with one flight of stairs.

Great home base for visiting Mammoth Hot Spring and Lamar Valley

The unit is great for small groups (2 queen beds, plus a pull out sofa) and for larger groups you could probably rent multiple units. It had everything we needed for our stay, and then some. The unit came with bear spray, laundry detergent, and dish soap. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was essential when we were there (high 80s - low 90s). Location was great for us. Easy access to the Yellowstone entrance and the Roosevelt Arch, walkable to many shops and restaurants. Coming back from dinner one evening we were surprised by an elk in the neighbor's front yard. It hung out there for a little while - we watched it from the safety of the top of the stairwell - and then wandered off.One word of warning though, the road between the unit and the Yellowstone entrance is pretty beat up. Not the property owners fault, just something to be aware of

The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to most places in town. We enjoyed our time in Gardiner as a home base for visiting the north side of Yellowstone. The Yellowstone Hot Springs, white water rafting, and horseback riding were great additions to our time in Gardiner. The host was great to work with and the home was comfortable.

A short two night stay

The house was spotless clean and the beds very comfortable. There was a noisy family staying in the unit next to us and then downstairs unit even complained to them in the morning. But that was not the owners fault..My only suggestion is to add blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

The property is well equipped with all the basics to enjoy your stay. Yellowstone park entrance is two blocks away and plenty of restaurants in walking distance! (Be sure to visit Yellowstone Perk up the hilI--great place to start your day.) It was spacious enough that 5 of us did not feel cramped. The visit was great and the hosts very helpful and responsive.Hope to return for another visit!!

Excellent location

The property was in an excellent location. You could walk to several stores and restaurants and it took less than five minutes to get to the entrance of Yellowstone. Quaint town. The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size, and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. One thing to keep in mind is that the air conditioning is in the family room/kitchen, but does not extend to the bedrooms so they can get a little warm with the doors closed.

Wonderful stay near YNP

My family stayed here for several days while exploring Yellowstone. It is literally right around the corner from the North entrance, we couldn't have asked for anything better. There are a few restaurants, shops, a gas station and market in the immediate area. The condo was VERY clean, well stocked and overall a very comfortable stay. I would recommend it to anyone. We stayed in an upper unit. One morning we saw an elk right outside the window! Our family enjoyed making meals together in the kitchen and playing games together in the evening. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Starting point for YNP adventures

We just did an overnight stay before jumping into Yellowstone first thing in the morning through the north entrance. This was such a nice place to stay. Very clean with everything we needed to get a good night’s sleep and to get off to a good start in the morning. Convenient and easy to find. Will consider for future stays for sure.

Yellowstone Trip

We had a great stay in the apartment, it was just as the online listing shows. Very close to the park, and easy location in the town for shops and restaurants. The kitchen also had lots of facilities for easily cooking our own meals. There is bear spray (no holster) also provided for use whilst staying which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great spot in Gardiner!
