Sliding door allows access to the balcony area, which features two wooden chairs perfect for enjoying the cool lake breeze. If you want to cook for yourself, we have you covered: the unit features all the cookware, plates and glasses you need to craft a five-star meal for your fellow travelers. Clean-up is easy thanks to the full sized dishwasher.

Rental of this condo also gives you access to the common amenities on the property. These include a 10-seat hot tub, heated in ground pool, and full array of sun chairs and tables. Additionally, you will have access to the tennis court and basketball area.

You really can’t find a better location when it comes to easy access to Bear Lake Marina State Park. It’s literally just steps away from the building. Walk across the lawn and down the footpath to a safe crossing area, and you’re there. The main recreation path into Garden City runs right past the grounds; you have walkable access to Mike’s Market grocery store, and all the burgers and shakes you can eat!

Additional amenities include a coin-operated laundry in the main building, grass area between buildings for recreating, and a parking space in the lot just north of the unit.

1) This is a second-floor unit with exterior staircase to the entry; not wheelchair accessible at this time, sorry
2) The second bed is a pullout couch as noted in the description. The couch can sleep two smaller individuals but it's a tight squeeze with two adults
