Perfect for larger families and groups of friends, this newly remodeled two-story end townhouse has everything needed to entertain the whole gang here in Garden City! Enjoy uninterrupted views of Bear Lake from the patio and upper deck as you sip a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Plus, the private gas grill can be the perfect way to cook up some burgers in the fresh air. If you are looking to whip up more formal meals, the full kitchen features wonderful cabinets, plenty of counter space for prepping ingredients, and stainless steel appliances that will make the chef of the group feel right at home. Guests can spend hot summer days by the shared pool and chilly evenings in the hot tub, as they are 50 yards from the lower patio area. When it is time to settle in for the night, two living areas will provide more than enough entertainment with flatscreen TVs and plush sofas to kick back on as the stars come out.

What's nearby:
This gorgeous getaway is also located a fourth mile away from Bear Lake's largest State marina and boat rental, so you will have no trouble getting out on the water. The closest beach access is located just across the road via the State Marina. Other beach access points include Rendezvous Beach (South) and North Beach (North). Each location requires a small entrance fee. Free public beach access is also located approximately eight miles south. Plus, the heart of town is just over a mile away where you can grab a bite to eat, a cup of coffee, or stock up on groceries.

Very pretty and roomy accommodation located right by the pool. Great location to the lake and town. Company was responsive to several issues, but the local never showed up with the pool key. Door and garage codes didnt work and basement bathroom wasn't clean upon arrival but everything else was perfect. Comfortable beds and lot of cooking appliances. Would stay again.

We left at 9:30, but couldn't get the website to open to checkout until 10:45 after we had traveled a while and had service.It was a good location, house, & pool.We were not able to get the house door unlocked our 2nd day. After a few calls and tries at helping the local help was called. He came quickly and determined the door lock was broken. We were stranded outside for a long time and finally let in through garage door. The local man was vey helpful and had the door handle replaced. The bathroom rugs were not clean. Other then that everything was great!

The property was great and as advertised. The location is tough to beat. Right next to the pool, and a short walk to other area attractions (marina and downtown are both very close). Would stay here again.

Wonderful Family Experience

This was a lovely property, with nice ameneties and good proximity to a beach/marina. The condo was very clean and well stocked. There is are pretty lake views from the both the patios and the swimming pool and hot tub. Check in and out were very easy. We will definately try to re-book next year.

Great location

This was a great location. Close to the grocery store but far enough away from the main drag. The home was well stocked for cooking and such. The pool was a short walk to the pool. When we arrived, there was garbage still left in the bin in the kitchen. We wished there was a book with more info on amenties and info for the house. We had 2 sets of instructions for cleaning, one from the home owners and one from vacasa, that we did see until after we had left. The instructions were in an email and we didnt spend time checking emails on the trip.

Blue Harbor stay

We have stayed here before and love the property, its location and space. It’s nice to be close to the marina and not far from restaurants. We did notice that the downstairs was humid and damp to the point that swimwear didn’t dry. I don’t know if it is an airflow issue or something else.

Excellent location

Our family comes up to Bear Lake each summer and this was one for the books! It’s right by the Marina, close to the local market, and has all the amenities our family trip needed! The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary to prepare home cooked meals for our party of 11! Plenty of space for us all, storage for water toys and bikes, close to the outdoor pool and hot tub, and the grill was perfect for BBQIng rib-eye steaks and burgers! This place is beautiful and we would definitely book it again!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!

Our family had an amazing time. The house is stunning- very Clean and had all the kitchen cooking pans we needed(we even brought our own because we weren’t sure and didn’t need them). The location is right off the water with incredible views
 a 30 second drive from the marina. There is plenty of room in the kitchen and bedrooms for large families. . We already are talking about our next trip and will absolutely book this place.
