Come Relax and enjoy all that Bear Lake has to offer in this beautiful 8 bedroom 4.5 bathroom house within walking distance of Bear Lake Golf Course, with tons of parking, amazing views and access to Ideal Beach amenities!

This is a fully stocked, beautifully decorated, brand new home with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable, fun and memorable.

Enjoy gathering on the outdoor decks with views of the lake, golf course and mountains after a long day at the beach or relax as a family together watching movies in the large theater room, or playing games including billiards, air hockey, table tennis and foosball in the large family friendly game room.

In addition to the Theater room, there is a large screen TV on the main floor, to provide multiple entertainment options. All TVs include YOUTUBE TV subscription for a full range of TV channels, as well as Netflix and PLEX for on demand movies and TV series.

The home is equipped with a mesh wifi network system to provide high speed internet access to all of your wireless devices.

Washer and dryer provided and plenty of hot water with the on demand hot water heaters.

The Kitchen and dining area is spacious and includes a wide array of appliances, dishes, pans and cooking implement to make meal prep a breeze!

With 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms upstairs and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, there is room for the entire family! All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the house also has Air Conditioning.

Perfect Family Getaway

Check in process was simple with a door code provided well in advance.Nice set up of bedrooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds.The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we could have wanted. We did find the propane tank for the grill empty, but reached out to the host and they offered to reimburse us for the cost of the propane exchange.There was some thistle weeds in the grass out back and along the perimeter. We found a shovel in the garage and tried to take care of this in order to play yard games and keep the toddler safe.Easy check-out expectations.They really thought of everything! We would definately stay here again in the future.

The house was absolutely beautiful with stunning views! Our large group fit comfortably, and we had such a fun and relaxing time. There were so many entertainment options from board games, puzzles, a projector, and so much more! There’s something for everyone to enjoy, no matter their age. This house fit our group of 20 people well. The kids enjoyed the game room. We enjoyed the lake, raspberry shakes, Minnetonka mine, mountain biking, and golf. The house was nice in that there were small details like extra hooks in the bathrooms or the pass to ideal beach. The kitchen was well stocked with the things we actually needed.

Great stay for extended family in Bear Lake

This house fit our group of 21 with ease. In our case, most were over the age of 18 - we maybe could have squeezed in a couple more adults without too much awkward sharing, or if we'd had even more young kids (small enough to share the double bunks), could take even more. For our group, it was great!The unit was well equipped with plenty of kitchenware, cookware and utensils, as well as bath towels for everyone. Two big, nice washer/dryer units and an extra fridge in the garage were very handy, as were the smore roasting skewers to go along with the fire pit outside.We liked the location, very close to Pickleville Playhouse (definitely catch a show if you can!), and the Ideal Beach resort area for access to the lake (though the beach itself is rocky) and lots of activities. There is a place very nearby for watercraft rentals, and it's not far from the "downtown" with several great options for thick, creamy shakes!The unit was clean when we arrived, and most everything in working order. Fun games downstairs (pool table, ping pong, foosball), all a little beaten up but still in working condition. A few other minor fixit items, but nothing that disrupted our stay. I think we at one time had 8 cars in the garage and driveway (no parking on the street, which is just a dirt road). No problems with checkin, and communication with the host was great.Highly recommend!

Great place!

There were a few things broken (nothing that impacted the stay) and they were quick to respond. I just wish it was disclosed before so I wasn’t worried the host thought we broke anything. Otherwise the home was amazing! There was plenty of space for all of us inside and outside! I would definitely stay here again!

Loving life was great!

The home was excellent for our needs. The kitchen was well furnished. The games were fun for the kids. The access to ideal beach resort was the highlight. There were only two downs to the property. The first was the location of the garbage dumpsters- quite a ways away at the entrance to the community. The second was it's location below the driving range of the golf course. This created some concern for the safety of the kids outside. We just kept them occupied and inside during the times the driving range was open. Knowing those things we would still love to stay there again.

Amazing property for our family reunion

We had 33 people for our reunion and it was amazing that every family was able to have their own room. The house was very clean upon arrival and had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens for everyone. The access to the Ideal Beach club was the cherry on top. We went everyday and enjoyed all the amenities there. The house is nicely decorated and well laid out for large groups. We would stay here again! Quick communication with the hosts was also a plus!

Great house for a weekend getaway

Great house! More than enough room. Nicely decorated. Plenty of dishes, cooking appliances etc. The game room and theater room were a huge hit the day it was too cold and rainy to go to the lake. The access to ideal beach kinda ruins you for going to the not private portion of the lake. Would recommend!

Loved our second year here

Once again this property did not disappoint. We left a couple of things there, and the owner has arranged for the cleaners to get them to us. He was always quickly responsive if something happened. Our family is already talking about next year (though we may need to rent a second smaller place as we are outgrowing this one with some grandchildren marrying.) I definitely recommend this property and host.

Excellent Place

My family and all our children were accommodated with this beautiful property. We have a large family with lots of children. We had plenty of rooms for sleeping arrangements. The owners went above and beyond to make the place comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we had question and the place was well stalked with everything you need. I would recommend this place to family and friend with large groups. We had a wonderful stay and would like to come again when we come to Bear Lake. Thanks

Great Home.

We really liked this home. Had almost everything we needed. Loved the game room. They also had a high chair and a pack n play. The host was great to work with. Only drawback was the golf balls that hit the house. We had one car that was hit by a golf ball and an adult. Suggestion: maybe have a folding table. Also if the net that is suppose to keep golf balls out could be extended with no holes. We would definitely rent again.

Great Place on a busy weekend

We stayed here for a family reunion over Labor day weekend we had 22 people with plenty of places to sleep and spread out as well as great activities in the house. The house was sitting up on the bench a few minutes from the lake it was a great quiet spot to go to after the loud crowds around the lake, while also being super close to everything. When we had questions or concerns the staff was fast to respond and worked hard to resolve our issues. The fire pit for s'mores and theater room were favorites of the kids and teens.

This place was perfect for our family reunion. The amenities were wonderful and we had everything we needed. We loved going to ideal beach resort. Everyone loved the game room and the theater room was wonderful to relax in after a day of playing. I highly recommend this place!
