The home sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 7 beds. Beach firepit use is allowed only when local fire restrictions permit.

Most visitors rely on a car — Garden City is car-dependent. Within the town many places are walkable or bikeable (Dedicated bike paths along all of the main strip).
