The Ideal Beach Resort offers a variety of amenities such as a private beach on Bear Lake, heated pools with diving boards, year-round hot tubs, dry saunas, an 18-hole mini golf course, an activity center for crafts, outdoor and indoor tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball, horseshoe pits, a playground, and a store featuring Farr's ice cream and a soda bar.

You'll be greeted by a bright living space with large picture windows that frame the mountain and water views, bringing the outdoors in. You will be ready to go with spices and pantry staples, along with an array of useful gadgets like a raclette, electric kettle, slow cooker, and teapot. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
