Elegant apartment with terrace in a residence with swimming pool in Garda.
The apartment is located about 500 metres from the centre of Garda with its restaurants and beaches.
Entering the main gate, it is possible to park up to two cars in the garage and by crossing a few stairs you reach the apartment on the first floor of the building.
LIVING AND KITCHEN SPACES
The apartment is spread over two floors.
On the first floor you will find a bright living room with two blue sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV and a round dining table. The kitchen is open to the lake view and is fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher and everything you need for breakfast on the balcony.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
On this level there is the double bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. A small balcony completes this room.
The room on the first floor has two single beds and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
On the balcony outside the kitchen with a beautiful view of the lake, it is possible to enjoy breakfast or dinner in the shade of the sun awning.
The large swimming pool, which includes a sunbathing area, is shared with 9 other apartments. Two sun loungers are available.
