Villa Rama is a splendid seventeenth-century two-story historical villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Rama you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Rama is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Gambassi Terme, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet) and a grocery store at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles).
You will reach Villa Rama from the parking area going up approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Rama you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The units are part of a rural hamlet made up of a noble refined hisoric villa and 14 apartments nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, beween San Gimignano, Volterra and Certaldo. The estate features a 12-hectare natural park, with woods, local fauna and two ponds where guests can fish, have picnics and enjoy relaxing walks.


The villa, located in panoramic position with the hamlet all around, features private swimming pool and garden, and is the ideal setting for relaxing holidays, retreats, private events and weddings (on request and for a fee).


The apartments, decorated with respect for the context in which they are integrated, are all equipped with a separate entrance and an outside area, perfect spots to spend comfortable and relaxing stays. In a panoramic position on the lavender fields, guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool and solarium area surrounded by the greenery.


Upon request, and for a fee, it is also possible to enjoy tailor-made experiences such as Tuscan cooking classes, massages, yoga sessions, personal trainer sessions, dinners with private chef.


Please note, pets are allowed by notifying in advance of their presence; leash and muzzle are mandatory in common areas.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 12 meters (39 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, 1.45 meters (4.8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 13 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 15000 square meters (162000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.  Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately seven stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.45 meters (4.8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 8 am to 8 pm.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces and suspended chandeliers, and include three sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks, that is open in the middle of the room, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has four windows.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room through a corridor. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include two sofas and armchairs. The room has three windows.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen through a corridor. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include a suspended chandelier. The dining table can accommodate 16 guests. The room has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the second living room. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
Half bath
