Located in a quiet location our 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom apartment is an ideal place for a short or long stay in Galway City. Perfect for couples or a small family. Walk to Eyre Square, Latin Quarter, Spanish Arch, and Shop Street in minutes - the location is superb!

The Space:
Recently redecorated with new furnishings, paint, beds and mattresses. Hi-speed internet, smart Tv, and workspace for professionals.

The living room is located upstairs with open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, dishes and cookware. Have a nice sit down meal together or play some games at the dining area.

All bedrooms are downstairs with a shared bathroom in the hall. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is a king bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Washer and separate dryer.

There is no parking included with this property but there are several secure paid parking garages within walking distance, reach out and let us know if required.

Things to note:
1. We do not rent to locals
2. This is a very quiet neighbourhood with strict management rules. A noise detecting device (non recording) is in the property. Please be sure this is the right property for your group before booking as the management company will issue fines for noise after 9pm.
3. Our age policy is 25+, unless travelling with family.
4. Monthly rentals are a maximum of 2 persons and an additional e175 for electric per month is applied on top of the advertised rate.

Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.

We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.

Great location for Middle of Galway

Great spot bit odd accessing it steel door to a stairway that opens up to a big courtyard more stairs follow. Location was great away from the noise of the tourist area but only 1 block away. Enjoyed the stay

Lovely city stay

Look...we wanted to stay in downtown Galway not some country location and we enjoyed our stay. Could there be a couple updates to property... I guess but it was all fine for us. The host is a bit particular but they communicated quickly and accommodated us getting in early. Can't ask for more than that!

Apartment in Galway

We had a few issues with plumbing but that was taken care of very efficiently. Location is great and the living room kitchen area were comfortable. The smaller bedroom wasn't a bedroom it was a closet with two beds. Difficult to do anything in there. Bathroom was a bit old but everything was clean.

Location in Latin Quarter, Bathroom needs work

Property is in the latin quarter (not minutes away) which means it is not a quiet location. While the neighbors in this small gated community were quiet the location (being in the middle of pubs) made it loud at night. The gate to enter is right across from the Kings Head Pub. It was loud for sleeping at night with windows open (although fine if windows are shut). The bedroom with the 2 twins is very tight (have to keep suitcases out in hall) and the bedroom window is at ground level (didn't feel safe leaving open at night). The king bedroom was roomy and windows are on a higher floor so fine to keep open at night. The bathroom was roomy but not clean (lots of mildew in shower area).The worst part of the bathroom was the tub/shower was clogged and would take about 30 min to drain after one shower. The upstairs living room & kitchen was very nice and exactly as described. It was great having a washer & dryer which worked well. This unit might be OK for those that want this location (if tub/shower is improved) but I think the description should be more clear that it is located IN the latin quarter and not minutes away.

Lovely home away

This comfortable flat is in the heart of Galway! Close to everything from the Train Station to the Docks. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, etc nearby! Highly recommend!

Great location. Nice place. Strange management.

The place is great in a great area but the management is very cagey about information. They refuse to give you an address until the day you arrive regardless of the fact that you have already fully paid. For planning and safety this felt very off putting. In our case we were traveling through the night. Another small but annoying thing that they need to fix is the explanation for how to get rid of recyclables. In the email they tell you to take it to Tesco which is a 10 minute walk. Not bad but when we got there Tesco doesn't take them. Management did send us a list of other places that take recycling on the day we left but since we had an early checkout, it would have been way more useful, the day before or just include it on that first email. The things that help themselves like asking if they can send a cleaner early then they are all over you about. They weren't rude but they weren't particularly welcoming or helpful.

Clean, Quiet and well located rental in Galway

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. While we didn't cook it appeared to have all you'd need to do so including basics like seasonings and cooking oil. We did have trouble with the hot water. I tried emailing the landlord but apparently they never received my email. I didn't call because I found the answer online after some googling (the hot water was turned off so we needed to turn it on and wait until morning for it to heat up). The location of the apartment makes getting anywhere in Galway on foot easy. It's very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication, and location of property

While visiting Galway with 3 friends we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay! The location was perfect! We were able to walk from the train station upon arrival from Dublin, and to the bus station when departing to Dublin Airport. We easily walked to all the wonderful local attractions , and to catch buses to excursions outside Galway. While the townhouse was located in a busy, popular area, it was quite at night. Beds were very comfortable, hot water plentiful , and kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Jown, and Sinaed was very prompt. The suggested dining and pubs were all fantastic! As long as you can navigate stairs easily, this is a perfect match while visiting Galway!!
