Located in a quiet location our 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom apartment is an ideal place for a short or long stay in Galway City. Perfect for couples or a small family. Walk to Eyre Square, Latin Quarter, Spanish Arch, and Shop Street in minutes - the location is superb!
The Space:
Recently redecorated with new furnishings, paint, beds and mattresses. Hi-speed internet, smart Tv, and workspace for professionals.
The living room is located upstairs with open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, dishes and cookware. Have a nice sit down meal together or play some games at the dining area.
All bedrooms are downstairs with a shared bathroom in the hall. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is a king bedroom and a twin bedroom.
Washer and separate dryer.
There is no parking included with this property but there are several secure paid parking garages within walking distance, reach out and let us know if required.
Things to note:
1. We do not rent to locals
2. This is a very quiet neighbourhood with strict management rules. A noise detecting device (non recording) is in the property. Please be sure this is the right property for your group before booking as the management company will issue fines for noise after 9pm.
3. Our age policy is 25+, unless travelling with family.
4. Monthly rentals are a maximum of 2 persons and an additional e175 for electric per month is applied on top of the advertised rate.
We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay unforgettable.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.
Apex - Peace Of Mind:
This property uses the Apex Accommodation Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization.
All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touchpoints like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.
Important:
There is a âŹ200 Security Deposit required for this property. This deposit will be charged to your account 1 day in advance of your arrival and returned once departed.
Please note that cancellations resulting in refund may be subject to any associated cancellation or administration fees.
