Welcome to your stylish, pet-friendly beach escape! Just steps from Galveston`s Seawall, this freshly remodeled 2nd-floor condo is packed with everything you need for a perfect stay.
After a day in the sun, kick back on brand-new, ultra-comfy mattresses, brew a cup of coffee with the Keurig (pods & creamer included!), and stream your favorite shows with fast Wi-Fi. Need to catch up on work? Thereâs a dedicated workspace ready for you.
The fully equipped laundry room inside the unit makes longer stays a breeze. Heading to the beach? Weâve got beach gear ready to goâand some baby essentials to make traveling with little ones easier.
Relax at the community pool, stroll to the beach in minutes, and enjoy all the comforts of home. Traveling with a group? Ask about our other condos in the same community!

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to review and understand the policy before booking to avoid any surprises later.
Rules and Courtesies:
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the condo, the immediate space around this condo, or any common areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping. $500 fine will be charged if evidence is found.
Please do not leave wet towels outside. Bring them inside and place in the washing machine.
Please do not move furniture outside. Use the provided camping chairs as needed.
Do not leave trash outside the door. There is a $150 fee for any trash left outside.
There is a $200 fee for lost pool passes, and a $250 fee for lost gym passes.
Guests are required to complete registration before arrival. Please provide the full names of all adults and children, along with valid IDs for all adult guests. We also need your vehicle information, including license plate number and make/model. If youâre bringing pets, kindly share their details as wellâtheir name, breed, age, and updated vaccination records.
Guests are allowed 1 vehicle (no boats or trailers). Please reach out before hand and we may be able to talk to the HOA about making an exception. Exceptions will not be made if we do not get permission BEFORE check-in.
All guests must submit the required HOA documentation prior to arrival. If the required documents are not received by 5:00 PM on the day of check-in, access to the property cannot be granted until the following day, in accordance with HOA regulations. We strongly recommend submitting all documents as early as possible to avoid any delays with check-in.
Pool and Gym Rules:
All persons must always wear a pool band while in the pool area or pool. You will NOT be allowed in the pool area without a pool band. HOA reserves the right to press trespassing charges if this is violated. Pool hours are from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily. Trespassing outside these hours is subject to a $150 fine. Please rinse off before entering the pool and wear proper swimming attire. No glass containers allowed. Any persons intoxicated or causes a disruption of any sort in the pool area will be subject to lose privileges and will be fined. Anyone under 18 years of age must be with an adult while using fitness equipment or in the fitness area. The fitness area is available for use Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.
Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible.
